First friday was fun, I went in the middle of summer so it was beyond hot. There were several vendors and food trucks. Make sure you don't forget to walk inside the building, there are several talented artist selling their work inside. Stay hydrated and you'll have a blast

Probably one of the best events to go to in Vegas - especially since entry is free! First Friday LV features a wide variety of eclectic vendors, art galleries (free to enter), sundry happenings, and terrific food trucks/street food. From around the square to down main street you can find live music everywhere. The outside ‘food court’ at art square has every type of food you could think of (we had delicious hodgepodge of teriyaki chicken, homemade Mexican agua frescas, and Russian cuisine all for one meal). For locals and tourists alike I would definitely recommend taking an Uber/Lyft here as roads are blocked off, traffic gets bad and parking can become a nightmare.

This is a highly recommended event for non-locals to come visit. This is not your regular monthly artwalk as there are also live music performances, drum circles, and food trucks. There are only a couple things to worry about and that is parking and some people that are too politically active that they will shove pamphlets at your face (which is a preventable event by not giving them too much attention). Otherwise, it is just a lot of fun to attend.

It wasn't as much as I expected yet it was still a lot; the amount of food trucks was almost more than any other booth though so it felt more like a food truck convention. Almost every booth was just collectable pins, I only saw 2 booths for artists, and the rest were a mix of candles and cheap jewelry they bought in bulk from overseas. It was about 75% booths with pins and purses. The amount of Jesus people trying to preach and force their beliefs on people just out trying to have a good time was the cherry on top for us that made us leave. It took less than 45 minutes to see every booth anyways. The DJs were way too hype for the fact that not a soul there was hype with them lol The coolest thing we saw were some unique cars.

Lots of fun. The artists were all friendly and helpful. Wish it was open later. Bought some artwork. They have very good artists there and worth going every month.

Definitely recommend checking out the gallery spaces to see what local artists are doing. Was expecting this to be larger than it was considering all the hype I've heard about it but still glad I went to check it out. Wish there were more artist vendors though. Like another reviewer mentioned, it seemed like mostly food trucks and random small businesses that sell swap meet stuff like jewelry, pins, and bags. I think I only saw maybe 5 actual artist vendors with original work... Entry is free but good luck finding parking nearby! You either need to plan arriving early or do ride-sharing. Not sure how people manage to find parking nearby to be honest.

Have been here a few times and while it's easiest to just pay $15 for parking if you don't want to walk far (there are several spots to park for free by the way as well as spots on the street) anyway this place has a square pf like fourteen to twenty food trucks and well as triple to quadruple that for little and big art pop up spots with all types of cool art one would love. Had a chicken and noodles dish and the chicken was cooked perfectly on the grill. Also, had a nice Hawaiian shaved ice that is absolutely refreshing on a crazy hot summer night. I would highly highly recommend this to anyone who hasn't been or Is even slightly interested in the arts scene in vegoose. They had a few gallaries open for fungible art. This is the first Friday of every single month in the summer and I believe it ends in October sometime. Not many tourists here which can obviously be a good thing. But I think any tourists that are into the arts scene would absolutely dig this place! Again well worth checking out!. It can be a little sketchy getting back to you're car sometimes so if you're a female I'd recommend having someone walk you to you're automobile.
