We have been using First Charlotte Air to have our 2006 AC/Heater Package serviced and repaired for thee years now.I thought it was time to replace unit $$$$ but all I needed was new breakers and box the Repair tech "Chase" got the Old Girl up and running. ☆☆☆☆☆ Would and Do Highly Recommend.

First Charlotte sets the standard for customer service. I will never call anyone else for service or repairs. Fantastic people from the office to the technicians in the field! When Gary arrived I explained that I found that the emergency drain was full including the emergency pan. Told him that I shop vacuumed the drain line and pan and has been operating normally overnight. Gary added treatment and checked water level to ensure a good drainage exit. Checked blower functions and refrigerant pressure, temperature split. System is operating normally at this time. Thank you Gary for making sure our system was working 100% Thanks TC for no charge this visit!

Very friendly woman who answered the phone and got us scheduled within hours. The technician that showed up basically had the issue diagnosed even before he came inside and talked with us. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a quick and inexpensive fix. Highly recommend their services.

Poor customer service from previous years, did a service call arrived super late after being called more than once after arrival window time passed. I never received a call when tech was on scene other than a bill email for $125 for less the 15min at the location. I contacted them after seeing the bill with no explanation of the service call other than recommending a new thermostat strange when asked why? No one could give an answer or an answer to why I was not contact when the tech was at the property seeing I was out of the area. I was told by Miss Taylor who was rude and completely unprofessional saying it was late and the office was closed during the service call, what happened to the next day or the day after that 2 days after no contact but never contacted me or can explain what was written by the technician WOW! They told me they need to contact the tech in order to explain the lack of information written I was also told they were working on an estimate for a new AC before contacting me Strange !!!This was a scam in order to charge me $125 and more for checking nothing telling me on the phone the AC might be dirty the original call was for the AC making a noise to this day the AC and the thermostat is working as it was the day of the service call. Customers beware!!!!! I am happy to post the lack of service call notes here for anyone viewing. Not recommend!!!!

Came home from pennsylvania to a house that was ninety one degrees. Called First Charlotte at about twelve thirty p m, Technician showed up shortly after three thirty and had the problem repaired within forty five minutes. Excellent company I would highly recommend them

The tech listened to what I was saying but had his opinion as well. I Explained it has a leak and every couple years needs to be recharged unless the leak had gotten worse . I Explained would not replace with another 410 refrigerant unit since it will be banned in Jan 2025 from being produced. I knew of course it would still be available after and new units could still be sold as old stock till Jan 2026. But cost would be substantially higher for the refrigerant. Told the tech to please just check refrigerant level. He did added some and instantly there was cool air blowing and lines were cold. Very pleased with the tech. Think I found my go to company. When I can swing the cost to replace they will be first I'd consider. Highly recommend

Our Service Tech Dan was fantastic, friendly and very thorough with his troubleshooting practices to get our a/c system running smoothly once again. A++ Service!!! Thanks Again. We will be using FC exclusively in the future!

As always, response and First Charlotte AC is always on top of things. We just needed a basic spring check this time to make sure everything was running else. Was able to get an appointment quickly. The tech (I'm sorry I forget his name) was great and very friendly. Performed the service and answered a couple of questions I had.
