Paul was fast and efficient and his supervisor she was knowledgeable and explained interestingly why a process was in place if you buy tires and don’t have them put on then. Fraud. They were conversational but also quick, quick and efficient.

I have been going to this Firestone location for over 7 years now. Kat and her team have always been great to work with. They're honest, informative and have never been pushy. They have always treated me kindly and with respect. They have also proven to go above and beyond to resolve any issue I have encountered (I had squeaky brakes after replacement and they assisted me in identifying the issue and remedied the problem). I would recommend setting an appointment if possible as they do get busy, but overall I have had nothing but good experiences with them

Took my car into get an oil change and had then do a once over since I have had problems with it. They suggested to do the struts and I agreed that it would be $800 for everything but when I went to pay it was $1400. One of them eventually had to be replaced due to a faulty part. I am not sure what is going on there but I have had many problems with it after taking it to there and when confronted, apparently it was not their fault for anything. I would not recommend them to anyone, please stay away if possible.

Horrible. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. I now have get my car repaired after having them do a 21 point inspection. Things that weren't wrong with my car until the touched it. They literally gave me a paper saying my rotars are cracked and then when I asked them because they're not cracked, the lady literally said we never said that. Haha Its on paper. Just be careful people!!!

Kat is the greatest! She very professional and honest. I been knowing her for 4 years. she was at the Wornell location and she moved to Raymore. I will drive anywhere to have her service my car
