We’ve been a customer for several years and have experienced consistent poor customer service, frequent outages, and drastically slower internet speeds than what is promised. In all our years as a customer I’ve never spoken to anyone from the company despite numerous calls and have never had a direct response to an email I’ve sent. Unfortunately, we live in a rural area with limited internet options so we have remained with Firenet out of convenience, realizing that if we switched we would likely not experience any change in service based off of the reviews of other available providers. However that may soon change. We are currently experiencing our 4th outage in the last 2 months for a total of 10-11 days without service over that time period. They have offered no discounts for service time lost despite our requests. We have had no communication about this outage since it started 9 hours ago and have had no one respond to the 2 voicemails I’ve left. At this point I’m strongly considering finding another option until we get fiber availability. When fiber internet comes to this area in the coming year, I have no doubt this company will cease to exist, not only because they won’t be able to compete with the internet speeds but also bc they’ve lost any good will with their customers who would want to support a locally owned business. Anyone who runs a company in this way is destined to fail and should not expect to remain in business when competitors become more easily accessible.
its a scam, they don't actually give you the upload and download speed you pay for. It seems great for a moment then the internet goes out and comes back on but then its way slower. I think they swap it to lower package and try to be sneaky with it. They also never answer the phone so really bad customer service. if you can avoid getting firenet1 I promise anything alternative would be better. At least other places are real and would answer the phone and have good customer service.
At first this service was great. We've been customers for over 3 years. However, in the past 3 months, the service has been very poor. There have been multiple issues with service going out for extended periods of time. It's especially frustrating because this happens when there's not a cloud in the sky. I'm very disappointed in this service. And I wouldn't be surprised if we went with a different company soon.
It stormed like the 2nd week in December and we’ve been without service since! They’ve up and closed with no warning or anything 😡
Friendly service, great coffee, delicious sausage/egg breakfast croissants. Clean, bright welcoming space to sit with free Wi-Fi. A little music in the background would make it perfect. A little hard to find--signage not obvious.
Wonderful training facility. Did training there for 6 months and it was the best experience I ever had with a trainer. Jamal encourages you to do your best while inside or outside the gym. When you are there, you feel like family. Looking forward to
This is one of our FAVORITE places to shop!! I come up from Jackson, MS, to shop here with my sister. The clothes are fantastic, last a long time, and are beautiful. Also, the best part of this store is the staff. Courtney is our absolute favorite. S
