I'm born and raised in Tampa, Florida. I've never visited the FHG until tonight... I found out they don't sell liquor, and I never would've guessed because they're Always so crowded, but now I see why. The vibe is chill, they hv pool tables, darts, music, wine & and beer, but what made it Awesome was my good customer service from: Mrs. Darsey (the Awesome waitre) eager to serve me & Erica. (the bartender) I came in alone, but they didn't leave me hanging! Come thru....they'll be happy to welcome u!!! 5* CSR Etiquette

I place a order from Firehouse on January 7. My wings was hard, fries was cold. I called back , and told them I was bringing my order back. They corrected my wings, but gave me back the same cold fries. I will never ever order anything else from them. Very poor service with food. I'm sure they wouldn't want no cold fries. I called back and told the young lady that take the orders, that I would be bring theses fries back at 11:00a.m on January 8th, and I want my fries hot.

I have been coming to Fire House for 10+ years never had a problem with the food or the service until today. I ordered $65 worth of food. I specifically told the person who took my order I wanted curly fries I had four orders of curly fries I go pick up my food I get home and they give me crinkle fries so I called spoke to somebody on the phone she told me bring The fries back I will give you a refund and I will re-make your curly fries for you cool that’s all I wanted The fries that they did give me weren’t even cooked all the way they were soggy so I drive back to Fire House and the manager that’s on duty now A Male proceeds to tell me I’m not making your fries and giving you a refund. He was very rude and nasty . also looks like he hasn’t washed his hands in about a week. They were so dirty. Very disappointed.

The food was pretty good and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was very relaxed and low key. The service was quick and you were treated like family. Yes I'd definitely go back.

There's nothing bad about this place except for one thing and that's one of the daytime bartenders there is a lot of people that don't like her because of the way she treats some of the people up there that's the only reason they lose one star other than that the place is great they're not lying when they say the best wings in Tampa Bay and at $.50 cents a game of pool, I haven't found that anywhere else and most nights you can get some really good games in. Lots of good players. Tell them cheddar wrote review and they'll know who you're talking about

Best wings hands down gas 🔥I never have problems when I go up here I don’t like big wings I love their party wings and the sauce that they throw on there it’s a nice tangy flavor😋 sometimes you can’t walk up to the window only because they’re packed so instead of getting your order mixed up with others they tell u to order online you GUYS!!! Sometimes I have to call multiple times too but they always get my order right 👌🏽 FLYERS I’ll be back… could have please go on DoorDash

Y’all really need to invest in some new, young, energetic, and up to date bartenders and waitresses. The bartenders and waitresses there are all old and grumpy. They put the same game on all TVs, they play the same old music from their personal playlists over and over, they treat the good customers bad and scared of new customers. They really need a change in there. I like the location and the food. You guys really need to go with a new staff..

A lot of locals favor this spot! Lots of regulars, good neighborhood bar feel. Wings were good, I’m not sure the absolute best in the city but I’m going to go back & try more! They only sell beer & wine. The coldest beer in town & very reasonably priced! Amber was really sweet & took care of me. Seems to be family run, lots of pool tables & darts.
