Unfortunately we had to have our bearded dragon put to sleep. Everyone was so nice and compassionate. They took really good care of us and my dragon. They explained everything and didn't rush us. The added memory tile of his paws and tail was a wonderful way to remember him. This place is amazing and we'll definitely be back with our other animals for their care and checkups.
I don’t typically write public reviews on Google but this veterinary practice is outstanding. I originally happened upon Firehall 4 because I had a pet illness and my regular vets could not work my dog in. I landed at Firehall 4 as a work-in the next day and have not looked back. My pets belong here. I belong here. From the time you walk in to the wonderful reception team to the time you leave, you and your fur-babies are loved, respected, listened to, and cared for. The technicians and doctors spend time with you, answer your questions, and genuinely care. Even when slammed busy, you’d never know it. I never once have felt rushed, even during the emergency work-in visit. I feel valued as a dog mama. And more importantly, I feel like my pets are loved and cared for. (And shout out to Dr. Falany and technician Amelia for being amazing - Sheldon and The Puppers say thank you!)
This vet clinic is unlike ANY other because of the level of utmost care, love, and thorough knowledge from the staff at Firehall. My dogs are my children and Firehall has consistently taken care of them in ways that mean the absolute world to me. From the receptionist staff when you first walk in the door, to the immensely knowledgeable veterinarians, this clinic is hands down the best in Georgia-if not all of America. I have been going to Firehall for 5+ years and not only has every single visit been consistently amazing each time but the doctors are SO spot on when it comes to diagnoses, plans of action, the surgeries, aftercare, etc. I cannot say enough good things about Firehall and the staff. If you need a vet in the Athens area, do not hesitate to bring your animals here!!!!
We came to Firehall after our vet closed permanently. It is an amazing experience. The entire staff treats our babies and us so well. I wish we had been coming here always.
Absolutely amazing service. Took my cat in during an emergency on very short notice and gave amazing care at a fair price. Highly recommend!
The staff and the doctors who were here are all so kind and caring and compassionate and it is always a pleasure going to the vets for us. We rarely have to wait and they are very thorough in helping us with any and all problems with our fur babies

I recently went to Firehall 4 when my cat Ghost started acting weird, like he had an obstruction. It ended up being a respiratory infection. My experience there was wonderful. They doctors and the staff took great care of my kitty, worked with me to help find a treatment plan I could afford, and everyone was just so helpful and kind through the entire process. They called to check up on him every day and really just went above my expectations. I appreciate everything they did and will return in the future. Most importantly though, Ghost is all good again. I totally recommend Firehall 4!
