Fire & Stone Trattoria and Pizza Bar - Pizza takeaway in Duxbury - 285 St George St, USA

First time at Fire & Stone Trattoria. Went with a personal Kristoff's creation and a personal build your own meat lovers with chorizo, sausage and pepperoni. If I could only have one it would be the Kristoff creation. The pepperoni and chorizo slices are huge, so they have to stack on top of each other. The sausage is round slices, not crumbled or chunks. This is a Neopolitan style pizza and takeout only. Quoted 15 minutes and right on time. Pizza was well cooked with just the right amount of char. The crust is puffy and delicious, a little doughy. The DOP San marzano tomatoe sauce is delicious. Good cheese pull, fresh ingredients. 7.5 out of 10, Google 4.

Hello, I'm from São Paulo, Brazil. I've been looking for a pizza that reminds me of my hometown for many years! Fire & Stone introduced me to a thin, crispy crust, a generous edge and very good products! Congratulations on the quality of the products and the wonderful pizza that reminds us of our land! Just so you know, there was no pizza left for breakfast! Continue on this path, success is certain! God bless you!

We have been going here for about a year and the food has always been yeah really good, but tonight was so good ( little koa, and a Naples burger) I had to call and tell them. Five stars

I gotta say hands down best burger you will find on the south shore. The Kona was juicy and thick. We cant help busy stop on the way to the beach every week , I’m about to retire the grill. Super friendly staff (bling girl) suggested the fried dough. Light fluffy with just a little crunch. Great way to finish after a burger and hand cut fries. This is Big Ed approved for sure. Call ahead you will be pleased.

Pizza is great when they’re actually open and available. Went today - sign said “gone fishing” meanwhile their google maps shows them as open. Even more annoying…The staff was inside and just didn’t wanna open the doors or pick up the phone. Another instance of this bizaare post-Covid attitude where the customer should just be grateful regardless of inconsistencies or bad messaging.

I just picked up my blue cheese salad that had been warming, sitting atop my pizza at Fire & Stone and arrived at Duxbury beach only to find they had included the wrong dressing. When I called ask ask if they could give me a credit for a future salad (roundtrip I’m about 30 mins away on Duxbury beach at the third crossing) they told me it was a fifty cent mistake and they would not honor a future salad. They told me to eat my salad without dressing or come get a replacement dressing…. awesome customer service! I’m glad you took ownership for your mistake but left me on the beach with a salad with no dressing to match. For all the salad lovers - a salad is only as good as it’s dressing!!

Local family does great! Started as a seasonal pizza shed, hand made ovens by the owner. Graduated to a store front, expanded the menu and hasn't looked back! I have tried several of their pizza's and fish $ chips. All amazingly good. Kris buys local ingredients wherever possible. The fig, prosciutto, spinach, red onion & fresh mozzarella is my favorite along with the fish & chips. I am told, first hand, that the burgers and chicken sandwiches are great also.
