It's a small motel, but very clean and quite nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only complaints I have about the place is a cable that is holding up a string of lights makes alot of noise when it's windy. Also the billboard is a bit noisy too, but these two items do not lessen ones stay here. I would rate it 5 out of 5 stars. I would definitely stay here again.
Clean, comfortable and great location. L cup coffee and a fridge. Looks quaint but inside will surprise you. This place is a gem outside the crazy construction traffic of Sherman with a good barbecue place next door and a liquor store. I may have died and gone to hotel heaven.
We decided to go to the lake last minute on a holiday weekend. We lucked out with this hidden gem! Beautiful rooms, small accommodation kitchen, very clean and neat. The staff are professional and a delight! They even helped us with our boat and trying to problem solve. One of the best places we have stayed.
Definitely one of the best ( the best) hotels we have ever stayed in. Not only was our room and the entire hotel extremely clean the staff is absolutely amazing. Accommodating in every way possible. For an out of the way clean cozy home away from home feeling Fink motel in Pottsboro Texas is definitely the place to go.
It’s clean, quite, and friendly staff. It’s less than a mile from lake texoma. I would recommend this motel to any lake travelers

It is a convenient and clean place to keep a boat when you live in the area. The campground and picnic area are nice. We enjoy walking our dog there. The staff is attentive and friendly.
Stopped here coming bk from the lake for lunch. First, the waitret, the red headed lady, just perfect. Got my drink pronto and when the food came up, she was there to deliver pronto and came bk to check on me. First class The food is good diner chow
