After a decade of trying to find reliable and expert computer networking experience clearly explained, I finally found Victor Figone Consulting. In these times of ever burgeoning information technology, Mr Figone has been a lifeline--answering all my computer questions and restoring all my IT functions (and, in some cases, suggesting ways to enhance networking service). Also, whenever individual computer components and/or their interconnections were fixed--they stayed fixed! I am totally grateful for Figone Consulting's excellent service, simply explained.

Victor helpfully diagnosed slowness with our Dell PC and implemented the solution: swap an SSD drive in for the mechanical drive and move the contents over. I dropped it off, and it was ready the next day, working perfectly. He's also given great advice on other PC and home networking issues. I highly recommend his services.

Victor is very insightful, competent, and through. His work abides. We hired Victor for a major system build-out and upgrade of our Windows based system. His friendly, outgoing, and generous personality made it a pleasure to work with him. He went the extra distance to explain and assure us of the system changes and upgrades. He worked closely with our implementation team to schedule convenient phases considerate of our operating schedule. I came in Monday morning expecting some feedback on the cut-over. A couple of the early birds were already working away on their workstations. No one had a problem so Victor was running tests, watching traffic, and cleaning up in the server room. He was on hand should any problems arise. Beyond the little inevitable issues with user unfamiliarity with the new OS, apps, etc. we had one of the slickest and most transparent upgrades I have ever experienced. He made some additional adjustments beyond the scope of the job that have improved our system and increased our efficiency. In short; we will hire Victor again, especially when we next to upgrade. We recommend Victor to anyone who needs help with any malware attacks, repair, system problems, upgrades, system design, build-outs, or consultation. Victor Figone has so far been able to solve every problem we've come across with creative, timely and economic solutions. As opposed to prior consultants we've used, Victor uses a refreshing "value-added" approach - i.e. if he spends time and feels that his customer has not received sufficient value, he will not charge for it. We run our business that way, but we rarely come across other service-providers who do the same. For these reasons, Figone Consulting is our sole IT service provider.
