Fiesta Grande Resort - RV park in Casa Grande - 1511 E Florence Blvd, USA

We are seasonal residents and have been for the past 8 years. I have seen our property decline over the past few years. Rules are not being followed as to the upkeep listed in our Park Rules and Regulations. We are being told to keep our weeds under control yet the vacant spaces are filled with them. Residents are being allowed to keep boxes, rakes and building supplies in their front yards thus looking pretty trashy. Encore lists our property as a "Resort" but we lately, our Park does not live up to that rating. Our Activity Director is changing things that have been successful for over 20 years and make no logical sense. Her supervisor has been called numerous times with concerns over how they are being treated and yet nothing appears to change. Our love for our neighbors is the only thing keeping up here lately. Very sad. Our rent continues to go up but the service does not.

55+ park the parks is around 30 years old. The back has concrete ditches in the middle of the road. The front is newer but the roads have potholes in large sections. When it rains the roads flood for at least a day. Most activities are run by the parks guest, not the park. They do have bands in the winter come on Friday nights. Rules are not enforced, lots barking dogs, lots filled with carts and cars. Lots covered with small granite and sand. Front bathrooms stink. They have, horse shoes, pickle ball, bean bag, shuffle board, poker, Mexican train, 65, pass the Ace, hiking group. People in the park are great. This year we had new-years party on December 28.

I used the park to help ensure that we were able to get some good sleep which we were able to and a shower that couldn't happen because the water was very hot. Temperature that day was 107 which didn't help.

It was a holiday weekend but we were contracted a few days prior to let us know that a packet would be waiting for us with instructions. Everything went great. We would recommend your establishment to all of our RV friends.

When we first arrived we stayed in the pull-thu spaces near the pickle ball courts and dog run. Really the only problem was the noise from traffic and trains. There is nothing the park can do about that..... but! I understand the park is older and pretty well maintained visually. The real problems are.... The water keeps getting turned off. The spaces need some leveling work. The electric needs maintenance. ( replacing burnt recepticals due to loose wires) The laundry facilities are discussing. One laundry facility might have 2 out of 10 washers working it usually looks like a crime scene because the washers are wrapped in CAUTION TAPE. The floor is usually wet from plumbing back ups. The washers need maintenance and are dirty in both locations. We stayed about 3 weeks in a 2 month period it was the same every time. Not the best value for your money $64.00 plus tax. We decided to stay for the month of February 2024 (waiting for a escrow to close) We appreciate the availability! BUT. Now they now moved us to the " LONG TERM" area. "THE TRAILER PARK" Some of these people have no RV Park etiquette I won't go into all of it I'll just say it's trailer park etiquette. Vicious and barking dogs are the number one problem. The office has been notified about the 2 different dogs in this area but apparently don't see a potential problem. A couple trying to move in had to leave because of a dog next door trying to come through the window of the RV after them. The one is finally gone but the other is still here trying to attack other dogs and people. (Ask the Fed Ex guy) This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The good thing about this park is the activities. There is so much to do here you can't get bored. The convenience to restaurants and shopping is great but again kinda noisy. I understand this is a big place but if the management would put the 2 guys that follow each other around on maintenance vehicles on a maintenance schedule maybe some of these things would get better.

Large, level sites with shade. Clean amenities; the laundry was nice. Nice pools, shuffle board lanes, pickleball courts, and dog parks. They provide bags! Friendly, accommodating staff. Would stay again!

Good stop over with plenty of shopping in the area. We stopped for 11 days in mid April and it was not crowded at all. Very large site with good water and electricity. If we are back through this area we would stop again.

Needed a one night stay and wanted to stay in this park because we had relatives who winter here. The office staff was very friendly and accommodating to let us stay just the one night instead of the two night minimum. Very friendly people - clean park.
