This park is amazing, a real gem that we were unaware of for a few months.... There is a playground, a skate park, a splash pad, an amphitheater, a large open grass area and sports fields..... Wonderful park with endless possibilities of fun!
Nice new park and playground. Still have some construction going on but does not get in the way of enjoying this place. Several play areas for the young ones including a small splash area. Skate park, over water gazebo and nice walking path. Still working on what will be a cafe and bakery. Very good job on this park.
Very nice park with great playground, splash pad, sports fields, skate ramps, and even a ice cream shop. Playground keeps in mind different sizes and capabilities. Swings as well. Plenty of benches for sitting where you can see the kids play. The playground area itself has no shade and the equipment is super hot if you go in the afternoon or later in the day. Splash pad is a good size for a lot of kids to enjoy at once. This park has a lot of rules though. signs everywhere. Only kids under 12 on sports fields. No dogs even on the large grassy area away from all the equipment. This park is really just for kids and that's it.
Very clean, neat and well taken care of park. A huge difference from when I was a kid coming here and swimming in the pond out front. I wish they'd have had a skate park section back then. My friends and I would have torn it up.
My Son loves this park. Great calm atmosphere. He loves the Soccor field. Park offers alot of variety. Splash Pad, Basketball hoops, playground, restrooms, party options and much more!
Kids loved this park .. have a 5 yo and 1 yo neice they both had a blast. The park is huge the have so much stuff to do here will go back soon !
Be aware of the splash pad Is closed for repair as of late December 2021.
The rest of the terrific playground is open. An outstanding playground whether your kids have special needs or not. The snack bar is a handy amenity, with friendly service, savory hot items, and cool treats.
Minus one star due to lack of shade.
Melbourne is missing more places for our little kids like that. Cafeteria, restrooms, shades, water fountain, all we need for a fun and free time. Very good options for play.
