We have always had great speeds and service...that is until the contractors working on our house accidentally snipped our internet cable. Our technician, Kevin C., was a knight in shining armor. He showed up with such determination to get us back up as soon as possible even though it was a difficult job. I have quite literally never had such a good experience with a technician and had to leave a review to thank him. He dealt with our chaos (dogs, kids, contractors) with grace, came up with a creative solution to our house's unique layout, and was genuinely lovely to be around. This service is terrible. Almost every day I have to reboot the modem. Sometime twice a day. Update: Fidelity saw this one (*) star review and immediately responded. They sent a man out to install a router to the modem. Apparently the new modem that was installed less than a year ago has issues. The installation of the router went smoothly and no issues for a whole day. So, I've raised my review to three (***) stars. If I get uninterrupted service for a month, then I'll give them another star...

December switched to fidelity home Internet, the coax cable was bad, the installer ran one in the lawn, said someone would come by later date to bury it. Okay, so fast forward three months and now mowing the lawn, still have a cable there. I call, turns out this is normal, may take up to half a year to get someone to bury cable. Also whenever internet acts up and I need to restart the modem prepare to wait 15 minutes before Internet works again. Fidelity is trash. Update 7 months later... Called in last week to see when that line is supposed to get buried. We will have a manager contact me. Today I get bill in the mail says I paid late, my bank sent the money 7 days before it was due, they cashed the check day after the due date. So cannot wave the late fee till two months later. While I am in the phone again, how is the status of my line burial? Well sir you just made the request 4 days ago...no I made the request in December. Well sir we do see your service tech did list something about needing line buried in December, and see your call in March asking about when you line should be buried, but nope, we just opened your ticket last week, have a nice day sir.

The service is abysmal. It is constantly cutting out and forcing me to reboot my modem which only works half of the time. They keep trying to blame it on my modem even though my modem is only 2 years old and never had issues before with xfinity. Do anything else

Absolute garbage. If there was any other option, Take it. I pay for the best package possible and still lose connection in the middle of streaming a movie. Gaming is not an option. And when I goes down even for a second it takes about an hour for it to regain connection.

Outstanding service today from Pete. Our wifi signal was slow going to the master bedroom and I called for assistance. After a little confusion on date and time, Pete showed up today right on schedule. He put booties on over his shoes, which I appreciate. He introduced himself and went to work. He replaced our older router with a much smaller and more powerful one, tested everything and proceeded to make sure all of our devices (2 tested, 2 phones, and a laptop. Everything connected to the new equipment and we were good to go. He took the old equipment and trash with him when he left. I worked in retail for over 20 years and know excellent service when I see it. Pete was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I wish all service people were trained like he was. This gentleman certainly deserves acknowledged and maybe a raise is in order. We have many choices for a internet provider and chose Fidelity because of their professional services. Thank you Pete.
