Amazing!! Everything from the atmosphere to the service to the (oh my goodness!) food! Recommend the Scotch eggs, fish and chips, and bangers and mash. All were excellent. Highly recommend this restaurant. We’ll definitely be back.
This joint has a ton of personality and history built into it! I was so happy to find something near my hotel that wasn’t just another chain. Service was quick and there was live music the night I went. Beers are plentiful and had a wide selection. Food was authentic and I thought it was fantastic. Try the brussel sprouts!
This place is AWESOME! It is the most realistic Irish pub that I have been in to in the states. Went to Ireland in 2014 and it felt like I stepped back in time with the food and drinks! We ordered the special for an appetizer. The smoked fish was DELICIOUS!!! We also got two Scotch Eggs and the combo was smooth and perfect with each bite. Ordered the Reuben and chips and I could not stop eating it. It was the perfect combo of meat, cheese, and sauce. The bees were solid as well. Had the Warpigs blinding light show and the brewdog. We were there on Tuesday and as we were finishing up, we had live music playing and it was the perfect finish to an incredible experience!
Stopped here on our way home. First time in the state of Indiana. Food was very delicious and customer service was outstanding. Cheers to Vanessa, which was our server. She was friendly and a great example of amazing customer service. Will definitely recommend to friends and relatives. Hope to come back again one day.
A bit of Ireland in downtown South Bend! Pub style atmosphere with delicious food, drink and most nights, entertainment. For entertainment, my favorite is the collection of musicians that gather around the fireplace with fiddles, guitars, and mandolins. It seems very informal, but the music is wonderful. Open mic night on Wednesday is also good. For food, the Salmon of Knowledge is highly recommended as well as the Fish and Chips and Pear Salad. If I may say, though, end your meal with their bread pudding with Whiskey Sauce. It's absolute heaven in every bite!!
A real scotch egg, not the prepared ones. Steak and guiness pie with vegetable medley. Truly divine, will be back to try other items and listen to the live music. Added the poutine with an Irish twist and the fish and chips to the items I would absolutely recommend. Great place and better food!
Had an awesome brunch here with my daughter yesterday. Really enjoyed the special of the day, the Salmon Cakes, but the Curried Chicken Soup really won me over. I hear that they rotate through a lot of soups so I even ordered 2 additional servings to go!
This is such a FUN Irish Pub ☘️ And the food was truly amazing! We were in South Bend for a work trip and didn’t arrive until later in the evening. Our hotel was close by, so decided to pop in for a bite. Woah, am I glad we did! We were greeted with the lovely sounds of live music and the quaint atmosphere of an Irish pub. We sat in a comfortable booth and explored the long list of ales. We shared chips with curry, which were delicious. I had steak and mushroom pie with carrots and mashed potatoes. The meat was tender, the sauce was savory, and the pastry was perfectly done. I would eat here every night if I could, and work my way through the menu! The whole experience gave me the flavor of Ireland & I would definitely go back.
