First time attending a conference with JMU after so many years wanting to. I enjoyed everything. The facilities, the rooms, the hospitality. The whole campus is beautiful. I also ate lunch on campus and the food options were great.
Many kinds of restaurant in here, recommend Chinese restaurant with sesami chiken. They have sleep area for student.

Food is amazing and a great place to sit and study but couldn’t help but notice tons of flies landing on my food, biting my legs, and constantly buzzing around me while I tried to eat, ended up leaving due to this. Festival needs to invest in pest control for sure, never eaten anywhere with that many flies 🤢
Terrific facility! Comfortable lounging area where families can gather with their students. Restrooms and water fountains available. Two expandable large auditorium andr two smaller study areas. Onsite technical support available every day.
Perfect venue for large events, JMU catering does a knockout job of meeting your needs and conveys true hospitality in the process. Tip: if you are planning an event during the day when classes are in session, parking is a nightmare. You should be fine in the evenings or weekends though.
Been to the festival building many times and for different reasons. It’s a great place, the staff is friendly, beautiful building, landscape outside is awesome and the view is gorgeous. The food is awesome with a great selection.
