Beautiful room and great location. I recommend this place.

The place has an 80's retro feel to it, which seems intentional on the owners' part. The decor seems to harken back to 1986. However, some people may enjoy that sort of retro experience. The place is comfortable and clean, and the residents were friendly and hospitable. It has nice views of the mountains, and it is only 5 minutes from the city center. We stayed in Durango to ride the train, and we were there on a straight shot. I will recommend the place....but a refurbishment and remodeling should be in the near future.

We stayed in unit 20. It was very nice. Amazingly roomy. It felt more like a house than it did a hotel / condo. the only real issue we had was the air mattress had a hole in it, and a power strip was that to sit on a heater melting it and exposing the innards.

Great place to stay. Rooms were nice but the beds were a little uncomfortable. Had everything we needed to stay comfortable including dishwasher, washer/dryer.

Nice one-bedroom unit very close to town. Loved the pool and used as a hub to Mesa Verde. The loft was great for kids to sleep in. Nothing to complain about as the unit had all necessary amenities. Would highly recommend for the price.

Appart-Hotel confortable, vaste, très bien équipé.||2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, un grand séjour, une grande cuisine.||Tout le linge est compris. La cuisine a tout ce qu'il faut.||Bien situé à Durango. A 5 minutes en voiture du centre ville, proche du Lewis College.||Quelques commentaires néanmoins à faire sur le service.||Sur la réservation il était demandé d'arriver avant 18h. Ce que nous avons fait. Nous y étions à 17h. Mais personne. Juste une affiche sur la porte de la réception avec un numéro qui ne répond pas de suite. Heureusement qu'un de nos téléphones avait une option internationale pour pouvoir appeler... Après plusieurs appels, on nous explique que la clé est dans une enveloppe dans une boite. On se débrouille donc. Pas beaucoup d'explication. Aucun accueil.||La piscine n'était pas ouverte tous les jours. Alors que sur la réservation il est noté tous les jours de 8h à 21h.||Le ménage était fait tous les 4 jours mais la personne venait à 8h du matin ... alors que nous sommes en vacances !!! Une première fois, on lui dit de revenir mais 4 jours plus tard, rebelote ... 8h on frappe à la porte !||Mauvaise insonorisation entre les appartements. Nous entendions tout ce qui se passait au dessus !||Le service est à revoir ... accueil, fonctionnement du lieu, ménage etc... Cela manquait de présence ... surtout à l'arrivée !

Stayed four nights in unit 48, two story unit with loft, and it was perfect! Unit is very clean and well maintained. The complex is quiet and peaceful. Thanks for a great vacation! Would definitely stay again in the future!

There were five of us in our party. All complained about the uncomfortable beds. The only access to any units seems to be up at least one flight of stairs, and there are no elevators, so if you have issues with stairs, this place is not for you. There was not enough light for reading in bed. (Light on only one side of the bed.) The unit we stayed in had insufficient and uncomfortable chairs in the living room, although the sofa was okay. But visiting in the living room was a little difficult. Plenty of hot water, adequate appliances in the kitchen, and it was quiet.
