Marie is an amazing host and is very meticulous about her property and the amenities! This is my second stay and we are planning return trips based upon how much we enjoy staying at Fernando Flats and the beautiful area of Palm Beach Shores. Everything is walkable and easily accessible. But...you will want to enjoy the property. Marie has a very inviting pool with plenty of floaties, the huge grill makes it easy to cook in and relax. In between, you will find tons of fun with corn hole, bocce, and shuffle board. Be sure to enjoy a nap in one of the hammocks. So relaxing!
My husband and I feel incredibly lucky to have come across the listing for Fernando Flats in a prime location on Singer Island. The property was purchased less than a year ago and has been tastefully renovated (inside and out) by Marie who was exceptionally accommodating and went out of her way to provide a best-in-class experience. The rooms are pristinely clean and resemble mini-apartments with a full working kitchen. The fantastic AC in combination with the dehumidifier makes all the difference when inside. Outside and on the grounds, there are so many conveniences that made our stay easy, cost-effective, and delightful including free bikes (which we used multiple times a day), beach gear from chairs to umbrellas (and sunscreen if you're running low), grill by the heated pool (we used both), free parking/room, and more. Thoughtful details can make a trip that much more special, and Fernando Flats raised the bar. Highest of recommendations - we will be back. Thank you again, Marie, for the fabulous stay!
Fernando Flats in Palm Beach Shores is an absolute gem of a find! From the moment we stepped foot onto the property, we knew we were in for a fantastic stay.
First and foremost, cleanliness is paramount for us, and Fernando Flats exceeded our expectations. The rooms were immaculate, and the entire property sparkled with a sense of freshness.
Just steps away from the iconic "Pump House" we enjoyed the convenience of being able to stroll to the ocean whenever we pleased.
The design of Fernando Flats is both charming and practical. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated, providing a cozy yet modern atmosphere that immediately feels like home. We appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the design, from the furnishings to the artwork on the walls.
The provision of beach towels was a thoughtful touch, along with bicycles to explore the island.
I highly recommend this property!
Such a cute place to stay, very clean. The owners are very attentive and quick to respond with any questions. So grateful they went above and beyond to return a forgotten stuffed animal belonging to my son. It was found and mailed back to us immediately. Will definitely book a room there again next time we are in the area!
Hidden gem on singer island!
1) location is wonderful. So quiet . Close to beach, plaza, marina. We walked or rode the bikes provided. Find the sea grape path the beach. It’s gorgeous.
2) room was spacious. Mom and I enjoyed coffee in the morning watching the walkers and cyclists. Coffee was outstanding.
3) service was outstanding from booking, Check in/ check out and everything in between.
4) love love love. I’ll be back

This place is incredible. So much charm, and the love and care that Marie puts into this place shines through. We will never stay at another place in the Singer Island / Palm Beach Shores area.
We weren't sure what to expect when we pulled up, but we were greeted right away by the owner (Marie) who was on site with her husband. From then on out she would make us feel so welcome...like family. She was very available to answer questions and provide for any needs that came up. She would even give our son toys to play with and call him out by name each time we ran into her! Above and beyond does not begin to cover what they do here.
As far as accomodations go...they have clean, well equipped rooms, with air conditioning (and dehumidifiers!), a kitchen with all the supplies you need for the week, a pool, a grill area, beach toys/stuff & my favorite...BIKES! Free bicycles are included with your stay.
If you are currently looking for a place to stay in this area...stop looking now and give our friends at Fernando Flats a call.
We loved our stay at Fernando Flats (April 13-15). Great location - close to beach, inlet, restaurants, and the sailfish marina (we were fishing).
The entire property is basically brand new. It has a great vibe and some unique amenities - grill, bikes, washer & dryers on site.
Last - ownership is very attentive and very prompt with responses and advise on things to do locally.
Absolutely perfect! Marie will see to it; as an owner operator she is an amazing host! Palm Beach Shores is a relaxing area to swim, snorkel, walk, bike, dine, and enjoy the many Happy Hour specials. Great location, safe area, and close to other off island amenities like Publix. Fernando Flats is the kind of property that you will want to enjoy floating in the pool, grilling, and napping in one of the hammocks.

Cleo S was our server and she did a fantastic job!!! She was so kind and attentive. The chips and salsa were amazing!! The NY style pizza was also really good- and this is coming from a former New Yorker! The key lime pie was just a slice of Heaven.
