Nice little place! Great food and good people. I had the chicken parm (amazing and a LOT of food). My wife had the fried pickles and a slice of pepperoni and our friend had the mozzarella sticks and a slice of the BBQ pizza. All top notch! Definitely recommend!

I had a problem where they messed up my order multiple times. Because they are human I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I spoke with the manager who explained to me that he will be crediting me $19.81. I called the next day and ordered the same exact thing so it would be any discrepancy. When my food was delivered the driver asked for money I had to explain to him it was a credit. Then upon opening the bag the order was not complete. I called back and spoke to another manager who said I was I my credited for $14.52 which wasn’t correct. I started explaining what I was told was going to be the credit and he basically told me to shut up and listen to him. I use to always order from here with minimum errors now it’s an ongoing thing and they don’t stand on their word not to mention every time I place an order it’s $20 plus dollars and that’s just for a salad. Don’t understand how the order can be wrong when I order the same few items. Today is the last day I will patronize that establishment. I’m done

Love femis. I’ve now been ordering there for 9 years, I wouldn’t even think to order from some where else. All the employees are so sweet when I go pick up my order. When the drivers deliver they always make me laugh but they always got a smile on there face. Sometimes the food takes a little bit but that’s just cause they make it to order nothing is Premade. Keep up the good work guys. 💙

Ordered from here for the first time today and the food is actually better than I expected. I got half Buffalo chicken and half BBQ chicken and some chicken nuggets. The nuggets were great I would definitely get them again and I highly recommend them. The buffalo chicken was pretty good would definitely consider reordering that and I didn’t try the BBQ chicken but my boyfriend said it was pretty good though.

My family and I order from this place 2-3 times a week . The customer service from the cashiers over the phone is HORRIFIC! Not all of them but one in particular, is extremely rude and my husband has spoken to the manager twice about her, today being the second time. Femi’s is not cheap and we spend at least $40-50 almost all the time but after today’s experience, NEVER AGAIN! People like her do not need to deal with the public and if she doesn’t want to be a cashier or work at a pizzeria, then she needs to get a better job! Being rude and disrespecting customers who are spending their money is unacceptable! I wish I knew her name because I would make sure to tell anyone who’s even thinking of stopping in to get a bite to eat, if they see her, just go ahead and walk out the door! We will never order from Femi’s in Collingdale ever again!

the food and service is excellent at femi’s. they are a very busy establishment, so be prepared to wait for your food as everything is made to order. even their alfredo sauce and vodka sauce is made to order!! the italian dishes are one of my favorite things to order. it’s worth the wait in my opinion bc you know you are getting quality food. they messed up my order last night , but it was handled with grace and my food was remade properly for me. they offered me a refund if i didn’t have the time to wait for them to remake it but i needed my penne alla vodka so i waited!! i got baked ziti instead which was probably good but not what i wanted. anyway they fixed the issue and i got my food, and they are human after all so im not taking any stars away from them. thank you femis!!

This review is just a fare warning, as it didnt sit well with me not to caution anyone ordering delivery after a mix up ive just experienced. After investigating the food i received I realized it was not my order. Calling management fixed the issue however, after expecting to keep the mistaken order, the driver told me he needs to take it back, to deliver it to the correct customer. I was reluctant to do so, as per custom. But also because i already handled the food and inspected the sandwich, presumed to be my own order, without washing my hands or anything like that. Although iam happy with the prompt correction in getting my correct order delivered to me. Its not sitting well with me that the driver took the food i already tampered with, telling me he is going to give it to its rightful customer. Knowing what i just did prior to handling the food. Putting myself in the position of the other guy. Just be cautious ordering from here knowing if this is policy, your order couldve made a pit stop in the hands of someone elses house before yours.

Found them through online delivery originally but it's definitely better to order by phone and pick up. They have the best wings (and zings) of any pizza joint in the area simply bc they are fresh and don't look like the chickens suffered before death. Got hooked on the lemon pepper wings even though I hate lemon pepper (ordered by accident once). I plan to spread my taste buds eventually and order something other than wings... Maybe. 😋
