There’s two trails here. All trails map is a combination of the two. Both trails are marked if you pay attention. Only a very small part of the trail near the road is overgrown. I made it through no problem (just watch out for spiders web.) Most of the trail is nicely paved. There are benches along the way to sit and relax in nature. I didn’t experience many bugs this trip, just toasty out mid day. Make sure you bring water and sunscreen.

A place to walk, to breath, to watch and to feel. Every time I see something special. It's important these places to disconnect for connect.

Lovely walk, even on a cloudy day. saw a good amount of birds, cardinals, phoebes, yellow rumped warbler, palm warbler & house wrens. & there was a cute little raccoon foraging on the ground near the feeders 🥰 worth checking out!

Great for birding. Have seen painted buntings, scarlet tanagers, bald eagles, and many others there. If you're into birds you like this spot! Also saw an otter last time I was there.

Awesome place in the middle of a neighborhood that has so many types of birds, animals, insects, butterflies, etc. So peaceful and quiet

Great little preserve. Trails are clearly marked and parking was easy (on side of road) Saw lots of indigo buntings and one immature/female painted bunting Saw a fat raccoon lol Grass carp in the pond and some cooters. Maybe a little North American racer too ! Again, it’s on the smaller side but lovely :) Thank you

Felts Audubon Preserve is a hidden gem. A nice short walk around two ponds with access points to view water fowl and other birds. A bird blind also provides views of local birds at feeding stations. Well kept trails through wetlands and forest environments. Not far from Bradenton Florida.

We went birding with the Audubon Society. It was a great outing and saw a lot of birds, including the painted bunting.

I love this place. It's a great place for nature walks with the kids, great place to do a photo shoot, or just chill and take in a sunset. A true gem of Manatee county. PS my kids 8 and 6 took all the pics.

Excellent place! My daughter (10 yrs) has been attending for 3 months and has fallen in love with BJJ. Coach, the teammates, the type of training are all great. Coach John does great with the kids! I hope to be attending myself again soon.
