Nice Sunday afternoon craft show 9/17/23
Nice park, where an iconic piece of Normal, Illinois history resides. Fell Park is Norman's first and oldest park. It was donated in the late 1880s by Jesse Fell. In March of 1898 a brick and steel water tower was built on the park property. In 1922 the park was renamed the Jesse Fell Park. The grounds are nicely kept and it makes for a nice place to take a family for a picnic.
Beautifully kept park. Nice benches and tables to eat or hangout. Nice small jungle gym and baseball field. Enjoyed the historic water tower!

What a treasure in Normal! It is only one block large but has a nice playground, a historic water tower stand, and is well shaded. It is a great little park for the surrounding neighbors.
A beautiful, quiet little park in a nice neighborhood. Four coated metal picnic tables under the gazebo were clean and well kept. Mature trees, playground, and brick monument. Perfect for a picnic supper.
Great park for younger kids! The equipment is well maintained and there is plenty of variety on the playground. They have a child - parent swing, a three hoop basketball court, and an interactive exhibit about water. It is on Willow so I was worried about the traffic, but my kids liked the playground so much that they didn't go anywhere near the road. We would definitely come back.

This park was beautiful! I took my niece to try out her new radio flyer she just got for her first birthday. Her favorite part was the swings of course.
I go to the dog park. Folks are friendly dog lovers. We may not know the people's names, but we learn the canine names. When there are the inevitable scuffles, most folks are understanding and supportive.
