Felix hobby shop Associates Teddy and James are great people always there to help out always have great ideas the manager and his son are very friendly everyone invites you in great place to hang out also has a RC track and drift track if you guys are really into RC racing or any Hobby this is the best place in Fort Lauderdale.
This place is crazy! They have everything you want and more. Plus the guys are all friendly and want to expand their business. Great vibes here
Was at the track and needed a little screw for the truck or the day was over, they had one and installed it on the spot for me, they didn't even want a dime. Super nice group and we talked some next level rc buggies for the little guys. Thanks a lot! Definitely a local shop thats supporting the local guys.
This shop is an extremely good shop fun environment skilled technicians that are extremely knowledgeable this place is mainly an tv place but they would help you out with any other hobby that involves electronics, they not only sell RC’s but also parts supplies and ect would highly recommend this place they even helped me out with my electric board.
My husband took his car here to get it fixed and put back together, unfortunately the experience here was absolutely horrid. We dropped the car off three weeks ago. The tech, James said he would get it done and have it ready in 3 days. 3 days went buy and nothing, when my husband called James was out of town and would have it done by the following week. They also said something about ordering some parts that needed to be replaced, nothing was ever ordered. After calling them over 8 times, they said the car would be ready in a few days and they would start it that same after giving us the run around. So finally when we went down to pick up the car and when we showed up they didn’t have car, and what’s even better is that THEY COULD NOT FIND THE CAR THAT WAS DROPPED OF WEEKS AGO. They where all looking ridiculous trying to scramble looking for the car. Almost one hour goes by and they STILL CANT FIND THE CAR! OVER $350 WORTH.
No wonder they couldn’t work on a car they lost in the first place.
Horrible customer service, horrible experience, not worth it. Save your time and money. We found another place to help us.
Staff very friendly and helpful. They helped me find what I was looking for and had great inventory. They even called me a couple of weeks after my purchase to see how I was doing which I thought was very helpful and kind. Would recommend them to anybody
My shocks were busted. They REPAIRED THEM. The only issue was ordering the parts. Advice: You have to follow up with them a day or two before purchase just in case they forget to order. I was later redeemed with a good deal on a truck cover. Much appreciated!
It’s about time I leave a review , customer for over 5 years and I’ve yet had bad customer service . They are packed so don’t expect to be first always , they will get the job done ! I’ve done it all with them . Thank you always teddy James Dom !
