My sister, brother in law, dad and I tried this place and we met the owner, Esmail. He is SO FREAKIN NICE my goodness! The food is absolutely incredible, and my brother in law (a Palestinian from Palestine) said that Felfel’s food is the closest he’s ever had to the food you can get in Palestine and Israel. 158281/10 recommend and definitely will come here again. Definitely come here if you want a true taste of the Middle East 🤤🤤🤤 Shukran Esmail!!

Absolutely great! I usually get the falafel burger, but this time I decided to change it up and go with the lamb burrito followed by a coffee and piece of baklava. 10/10. Beautiful and appropriate background music, food make with obvious care and attention. Just a picture of some coffee and an empty container because I got a little carried away and forgot to let the camera eat first. 🥹

What can I say, the high reviews speak for themselves. This tasted just like the shawarma I had in Jerusalem! I had the spicy chicken shawarma and that spiciness is only found out there! It’s delicious! My husband had the beef shawarma and it was phenomenal. My dad got the falafel and it was crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside which is uncommon out here. To top it all off we tried the baklava and I’ve never had a fresher desert. The prices are fair and portions are generous, truly the best Mediterranean food in the Midwest.

This place is beyond incredible! Everything you ever want from a Mediterranean eatery. Very very clean, the customer service is fantastic. The owner is very pleasant and even gifted me with fresh hot coffee. This is our new favorite place to come to for chicken shawarma and perfectly grilled chicken kabobs. The baklava was so delicious and easy to eat. Very unique. I can’t say enough about it, give it a try for yourself you will be glad you did-and you too, will be a customer for life! The part about the washing hands twice sign! First sign in my life like this posted at a facility but very much needed and important! Kuddos to the owner the experience speaks volumes!!

This place is alright. I don't really have much to say about it, the ordering system is self serve and it tries to auto add things to your meal, so py attention at the end to make sure you don't get more than you ordered. The food is nice and flavorful and it comes out in a timely manner, but that's about all I have to say about it

it's my first time coming here. The ordering process is very systematic. the atmosphere is very sweet. The kitchen and the people working seemed very clean. toilets were clean. The gentleman at the cash register was also very friendly :) We ordered chicken wrap and lamb plate. The lamb was not very good but still ok ☺️ I really liked the chicken wrap. we will come again!

Misled by the good reviews we decided to try this place. The meat was as dry as it gets. No spices, no flavor. The service was nice but that’s about it. Wouldn’t recommend

This is our second time eating here. The first time it was a good experience and the food was good. We ordered take out the second time and when we got home and opened the food, there was a half eaten pickle in our plate. We were so disgusted that we sent management an email and went back to the restaurant to show them the plate. After waiting for 30 minutes for them to replace the plate, the manager (Monica) informed us that the kitchen “forgot” about us. I said excuse me but that’s not right. She then said “well, you’re going to have to keep waiting because I’m pretty sure you put this pickle here”. I told her I was very upset and disappointed in their customer service and how they treat customers. Why would we drive all the way back to the restaurant and wait 30 min for a new plate if “we” put the half eaten pickle on the plate. Management also responded to our email in an inappropriate manner. The owner is rude and does not care about customers. We will never be eating here again.
