Great food and atmosphere! The cinnamon roll latte is one of my favorites for Fall. I ordered a breakfast burrito today, but the biscuits and gravy is the best, in my opinion!
Great little coffee shop. I love the atmosphere in here: high ceiling and soft music. The coffee is really good and with free refills. I had a breakfast burrito and that was probably one of the best ones I have ever had. The prices are very reasonable. I sat here comfortably for a couple hours doing some work and enjoy my coffee. I will definitely be back.
I've stopped here 7 times now since living in Algona and I'm more disappointed every time, I really tried to give it a shot. Why do half of the employees have head phones in and talking on the phone while assisting customers? That'd extremly unprofessional and they treat you like you are interrupting them. I waiting over 35 minutes for a bfast sanwich on my visit tuesday and the poor gal up front had to find what happened. Turns out that other employee went on a break? How does that even work? And it was ice cold when I finally received it. No compensation at all. This Place is going downhill fast!!!!!!! 😕
I have been getting the chai tea for years at this place and I go almost every time I go to town and this last time they changed how they made it and I ended up not taking it and asked if they changed the way they make it person who made it said yes. I told her it was not good and I couldn't drink it she said your not the first one to complain today. She then said she let her boss know and never offered a refund or for something new. Pretty disappointing visit for sure.
Very cute place! I wanted one of their sandwiches without meat and she was very helpful and said she could make an egg and cheese on an English muffin. Good food, too!
Don't let the coffee shop name fool you. They have some great food that will fill you up. Update- came back a year later and they haven't missed a beat. Thai Chicken Salad is full of flavor.
What a great find! I had the Thai Peanut Chicken Salad - it was huge and so delicious.
The biscuits and gravy would have been good if it was hot,very cold. They forgot the cupcake and when I to get it they tried to charge me again. Good coffee but very, very hot. Could be a problem if someone spilled.
