Update: They have refunded half of what I feel that they owe me so I will up this to two stars, the other half is still pending. Although this took some effort and time is money. They stole my money $61 that I know of in shipping and have yet to pay it back. They have damaged packages in the past. I have caught them speeding with triple and double trailers in the Columbia gorge. This company is dangerous, just ship with USPS or UPS, they lie about the price upfront and then charge you more once the package arrives at it's location, unfair, unjust. Bait and switch. I will never ship with Fedex again until they give me my money back that they stole from me.

Anytime I see my package go through Troutdale, OR, my heart sinks. This is where tracking just stops and packages are lost or best case delayed for several days. Not sure what is going on with this location but it’s untrustworthy and highly questionable. This is based on my own experience but check out the Yelp reviews and Reddit. FedEx needs to take accountability for the horrible Troutdale location where packages seem to disappear into thin air.

The driver lied and said the the location is closed and they refuse to reroute my packages back to me. They said they will have them try to redeliver within a few days. If needed them later, I wouldn't have paid for express shipping. Sadly, there is nothing we do can to keep our packages from routing through or to keep online sellers from using them all together. What a mess.

"Delivery attempt was made at 2104," yet I am sitting here all day and absolutely no attempt was made. These are my meds. Every. Single. Time. So sick of Fedex, and will *never* choose them for my logistics.

Delivery from FedEx is always a question. Question of how late the delivery will be. If it has to travel through Troutdale it is pretty much a guarantee to be a week late if not longer. Local delivery is a little better but until FedEx gets their overall act together nothing will change. It is a systemic issue within FedEx that they do not value you unless you actually hand them money and it is shipped as your name being the sender.

Never got a notification that my package was going to be delivered today and they came by when I was at an hour appointment. I called customer service and they said I can’t pick it up and have to wait till Monday for another attempt to deliver. I have work all day and that will be another fail. They also can’t do a “Ring” voice confirmation you actually have to sign.

Great place to work. Decent wages even for entry level. Flexible. Multiple opportunities for advancement. Education assistance and tuition reimbursement. Fast pace. Team oriented environment. Safety is important here. Employee feedback matters. Scheduling can be done via app. Quality rewards program and variety of free employee benefit programs.

Took time off from work to get my package, The driver didn't knock on the door or ring the doorbell. Left a "We Missed You" notice on my door. Calling customer service to get help is a complete joke. Each agent has a different answer for the same question. They don't work with you to solve the issue. They just read a script. No way to get a hold of a FedEx agent in the USA. Poor work ethics and customer service.
