Beds we're cozy, room is outdated ,but had a nice flat screen TV. There were 6 kids n 2 adults and there were only 2 big towels, two cute size soap bars and didn't want to drink the water. The manager was nice n had a sense of humor, he saved us when all other hotels were full. Thank you.

The motel owner is very fishy when it comes to money. I stayed here 2 weeks. He told me before I came $400 a week...I get here he said $460 plus $10 everytime my boyfriemd comes...then he said a flat.rate of $50 a week for him. Only because there were 4 of us at this time and by law if they're are 4 u have to have 2 beds which is $20 extra a night. So I said ok that $510 pricy but resonable because everywhere else is.much more unless u go South my bf works in kent so I didn't wanna do that. So I ask if I pay daily how.much he says $80 a night. Well. $80 verses $72 I'll save a little bit. He said the $460 included a $20 deposit. So the nx wk.I went to.pay I said $490 right u already have my $20 deposit he said $500 its $10...then I needed 2.extra nights I said how much he said $85 i just paid it didn't argue because my bf works lomg hours and gets home.at 3am so I didn't want to wake him of he told.me.to.leave. The owner pockets a lot of money. Call before u come to.get a quote.He will charge u based on your looks and what u drive. He knows my bf works and we have 2 decent vehicles but we atill struggle. We have 3 kids. I'm glad I finally got.my apartment because I can't afford $2,000 a month. Also if u pay weekly u get 2 towels once a week. They never service your room. He said if i pay daily i get daily service the 2 days i paid daily no service. Very unprofessional. You can't ask the house keepers anything because they speak no english and they look at you like you're stupid. He prob thinks I'm just stupid but I did my research and it's much more to book weekly anywhere else especially online because they're so many taxes. Online they give u a good deal then when u chk.out it's the same original price because of taxes and fees. Motel life.is not a.good way to live unfortunately I had to.until we got our place.

This was the only motel that was not full one weekend night at 1am. ||The first room I got was likely remodeled, and it was very comfortable, it was directly above the office. It was very clean and I came to stay here 3 more times subsequently, until I found better deals. ||Pros|1. The rooms are well maintained |2. The RapidRide bus stop going southbound towards the Federal Way Transit center is located in front of this motel and a car place. |3. I felt safe here and slept well.|4. The showers and bathroom were Clean.||Cons|1. No continental breakfast |2. Depending on the room, you'll either get a nice remodeled room or an outdated, but clean room. |3. Sometimes they don't give you the advertised ($40/night) price. I believe they took that sign down now. ||Overall, I liked my stays here.

This place has the rudest owners,Nasty dirty towels bed sheets stained, they called me at 11:05 telling me it was time to check and after they asked me if I was staying or leaving and I said leaving she begins to tell me that they would be charging me extra for being there past 11am the lady was very rude I wasn't able to get my deposit back since my girlfriend was the one who used her i.d but had to leave early didn't think it matter as long as the keys were brought back so u had her call them and they said she had till the end of that day to pick up money or she forfit the deposit. I do not recommend this place to anyone no wifi no clean towels places smells and worst is the owners attitude

It's not as bad as people say. The room is VERY clean. No holes or painting needed, no holes in carpets. Very clean unit. Most motels have horrible upkeeping. They were doing the roof, so probably the previous post about the roofing problem is true. The folger coffee cans under the outside end is true. I can't really complain about anything here. No laundromat.

BEWARE I went to the front office and asked about there sign. It said they have low weekly rates and it states $179 for a week. So I paid her $300 for 12 days. She wrote on the ticket that it was for only a week which I didn't notice at the time. I went to a mariners game and got a call on my cell phone saying that I needed to pay more money if I wanted to stay longer. I told her I already paid for the 12 days up front and she said no I didn't only for 7 days. I told her I would be back in 3 hours and I would talk to her then. By the time I got back she had the cops there telling them I only paid for a week. I pulled out the receipt and told her that on her sign outside that I paid for 12 days and ask her why she wrote the wrong check out date. I showed the cops the sign on the side of the building and they said there was nothing I could do but to pay more money to stay there, so I grabbed my bags and told them I would be contacting the better business bureau to file a complaint. So BEWARE THEY RIPPED ME OFF AND I HAD TO SLEEP IN MY CAR FOR THE NEXT 5 NIGHTS UNTIL I COULD RETURN HOME. About the condition of the room. The 1st night the room smelled like smoke and had stains on the wall from the smoke so she moved me to another room and the walls had a smearing of brown stains that looked and smelled liked feces. So they put me in another room and there was dark hair all over the bed. So I went to the nearest fred meyer and got a blanket to put over the bed because they would not try another room. The place still smelled like smoke and I think there were people living there selling drugs as there were people coming and going at all hours of the night out of 2 rooms. Plus they were Screaming and yelling and no management were around to do anything about it. They would not pick up the phone. I asked about it in the morning and they said they don't answer the phone in the middle of the night. The place was very shady and I would put my worse enemy in any of their rooms. BEWARE STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE PART OF A DRUG AND PROSTITUTE RING!!
