Fec's Place - Bar in Kenosha - 5523 6th Ave, USA

We went about 9pm to get $7 long Islands on a Saturday. Place got busy but didn't feel over crowded. Bartenders had good personality and mixed a good drink. There are two rooms: the front one had the bar, some slot machines and a pool tables and the other room I didn't venture into this time. Music was great; a nice throwback to some 90's hits for our crowd.

I am a regular here and have never felt unsafe in this bar until an encounter with the door guy tonight. We came around 845 and everything was fine and normal he checked our ids and there was a pool torn going and we had come for ping pong and sat at the bar for about 45 before heading out to COME BACK when it was over. We come back at 10 when the door guy waved us over saying the pool was over. We are playing and it's fine and normal and fun. He comes in and is like " which of you 2 lives at xxxxx" and we looked at him confused andi said " do you mean xx?" Cuz the adresss he said was 1 over from mine . And he says the full adress again and points between me and my friend who says " i live on xx ave" and he repeated the address again and was like " oh ya i used to own that house ahhaha" and went about walking to the other side.. We immediately grabbed our stuff and left, and i wanted to QUICKLY collect my id from the bar tender. I've never felt unsafe having a bouncer see my id because reading an adress is technically part ofbhis job but id never think hes say it outloud let alone talk about the house. It wasn't my adress but QUITE close to mine, literally 1 number off , so i was very scared an concerned with not just how casually he asked but also asking at a full volume. Which either tells me that someone else in the bar is now in a potential risk, OR he read my adress and got the number wrong. I've NEVER had an issue like this here before and wont be coming back for a while...he was not the usual guy i run into when i go there around 10

Our favorite bar to visit. Service is always top notch with friendly bartenders and customers. Price is right. Annie the bartender is the best!

Favorite bar to go to when I’m visiting family there. Harmony is amazing and makes the best margaritas ever. Mixed crowd, darts, reasonably priced drinks. Overall a great time every time.

They have 3 pool tables, a ping pong table, and an outdoor seating area through the back. SUPER CROWDED all the time and is a small space like most bars. Nothing really sets them above or below any other bar.

Great place, Nice prices and awesome bartenders/staff. It has a fun atmosphere.. Will definitely be back

Good to know that the Sunday bartender is a complete racist. I will never walk in there again, I was at the bar when I saw the bartender being completely horrible to the non white patrons. The reason we are going through the issues in society is because of the attitude of the Sunday night bartender. I am white and I felt uncomfortable with her attitude towards any one not white. STAY CLEAR OF THIS HOLE IN THE WALL!!!

Nice, clean bar. Bartenders definitely seem to cater to certain clientele (regulars) more than those they do not know. Still enjoyed the atmosphere, just didn't like standing at the bar and being passed by repeatedly for ten minutes.
