FCR - Call center in Butte - 3100 Harrison Ave, USA

Worked for them about 3 years ago, worst company to work for, the management is grossly incompetent and will look for any way to stay ahead of you while you're just trying to stay afloat, when covid started the section i worked for shutdown the chat help making emails the only option, then once emails got backed up they opened chats , wich flooded in backong us up even more, and expected all the chat people to help with emails between chats, leading to unfinished tickets, i worked unpaid overtime to get things done. What was i fired for? I was behind on closong out tickets cause i didnt have time to do them with the rest of the workload, worker beware, these people are NOT your friends. Dont work for them.

FCR is a criminal agency, run by people with criminal intentions. Most people who work there are exploited and abused and there is no communication or voice. I reported internet violations and was fired. I'd rather work for a 3rd world country.

Worst company you could ever work for! Management is a complete joke as they don't know how to properly manage anything. They will screw you over anyway possible. Definitely a scummy company as they do not care about their colleagues!! I would give this company 0 stars if I could.

I love FCR, my boss was blessed with the opportunity to maintain the cleanliness of the facility and it has been one of the best opportunities of my life. It might seem odd, but having the opportunity to clean a place that employs hundreds of people can be a real blessing. In addition, I resonated deeply with the core principles and values of FCR.

Horrible management. Would be better place to work if they took out the bad seeds.
