Fat Pat's Bar and Grill - American restaurant in Lake Charles - 2620 Dillard Lp, USA

Last visit must have been a bad night because there was no lack of service tonight. Got pics of the classic burger, my naked wings, and whats left of my girlfriends sweet n spicy burger. We walked in and were told about a 20 minute wait. I didn't keep record but I doubt it took that long. Food was brought out hot and tasted great. There were 3 servers that come by our table. All checking up on us. With what we ordered for our meal...no complaints. We ordered an order of nachos to go with plenty of notice. The server took the order back and about 10-15 minutes later, she come by and said that it wouldn't be much longer. 5 minutes later she come by and said thar our nacho order was put in AFTER a very large group that was near us got put in. After some tike later she come back again to tell us that it wouldn't be much longer. After all of that, I hadn't complained at all. Maybe I should have. I asked her if maybe I could get a desert for having to wait so long. She obliged and gave us a piece of cheesecake. Overall everything evened out. Canceling the order wasn't an option. It was for a friend and we love 25 miles away. Very casual joint. LSU/Alabama basketball game was playing in the bathroom but not 1 TV that I saw in the dining room. Do better.

Nice that Booths have tvs for a game days. Cheese sticks were top-notch. Husband got shrimp poboy he said it was average. I got the grilled chicken caesar wrap, very dry. I added the butter sauce from my grilled veggies, and it took from a 5/10 to 8/10. So if you're going to get the wrap, ask for extra sauce on it or get veggies and use the butter on it.

I tried to eat here with a large a group and it did not turn out well. Our waitress was sweet and did her best. We had a very long wait. The bartender was rude to guests that attempted to order drinks at the bar. After waiting for my food for 2 hours I was done once I saw that two tables which sat after us got their food. It was obvious that our business was not valued here. I canceled my order and went to 5 guys where it didn't take hours to make a burger. To be clear, my waitress was nice. Everything else was a fail. She was limited by the bartender. Slow kitchen, and the fact that she didn't have help for such a large party. I'm disappointed, I was really looking forward to trying this place.

L’enseigne se vante la nourriture grasse et généreuse. Loupé. Les quantités sont pas énorme (très peu de frites) et les plats sans goût : frites pas assaisonnées, coca avec un goût de javel (nous l’avons d’ailleurs renvoyé) et burgers sans saveur : viande beaucoup trop cuite et sauce et topping fade. L’espace jeu pour enfants était fermé…Bref une promesse non tenue et une déception.

First time to the Lake Charles location, I've been to one in Lafayette a ton when I lived there. It was such a nice place! The service was great, the beer was ICE cold and the food was fantastic. I was a little disappointed the fried catfish sandwich wasn't on the menu anymore, but our food was great. Also, 2 for 1 (select) drinks all day everyday is perfection! I will be back!

Just got done eating at Fat Pat's Bar & Grill Lake Charles for my son’s early birthday dinner and let me tell you we had a great time! The food was great, our sever Demi Fontana was amazing! Overall I’d say our experience was a blast!! Will definitely be back! Thank y’all so much!!

Went for my 50th Birthday, great time, great food. Will be back for sure!

I ordered the ultimate nachos and he ordered the classic burger with onion rings. He didn't really care for the burger because the bread was too thick but I'll say my nachos were good. I must admit my first experience was soo much better..Completely!
