Fat Maddie's Grille - American restaurant in San Ramon - 2005 Crow Canyon Pl, USA

This is the best place to get an awesome tasty burger! It's not super fatty, it doesn't have a gamey taste and they cook to your preferred doneness level. Prices are good..fries and portion sizes are generous. They have kids options as well. Fountain drinks, bottles and also beer on tap if u like. I upgraded my fries to garlic fries with blu cheese crumbles and my husband did the same but with feta, to die for! I got a jalepno burger...and it was deliciously spicy...the jalapenos were almost pickled but still had that fresh crunch..bacon, lettuce and tomato as well as red onions..sooooo good! My son got a cheese burger kids dinner with fresh fruit. And my husband got a burger that looked SUUUPER good,.I don't remember what it was but it was a double and he was pleased. The cooks are superb! The service is always friendly and pretty fast and our waitresses are always top notch! Atmosphere is cozy and clean...bathrooms are clean. I realli enjoy this restaurant at this location, it's one of our top burger joints. Go there, you won't be disappointed!! Perfect example of how a restaurant should be operating. A++++++

Great food and the service was good. The food really outshines the atmosphere. Had a hard time finding a clean table to sit at. The decor was lacking but when the food is really good and made to order it is not my top concern. If we are in the area again we will stop in.

I've been here a few times, and I must say that the burgers are simply incredible, especially the chili burger. I also frequently enjoy the sweet potato fries, but the last time I had them, they were mushy. The setting is very typical for a "sidewalk cafe" in this area. Additionally, the personnel is really polite and the service is excellent. The carryout service was fairly speedy in my opinion.

We would definitely recommend this place. We ordered ahead and the food was perfectly timed as expected. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Parking was a breeze and most importantly was the quality and taste of the food. My hubby got the pork xhops, grilled veggies and a side Caesar salad, which were all very well prepared and DELICIOUS! We will be returning soon!

Pretty straightforward, good sandwitches, really good burgers, and good selections on soups. It can get pricy, but paying for quality food, it's worth it! 😋

(UPDATE REVIEW!!) super fulfilling and satisfying. This time i ate the bbq burger, with the beer battered onion rings. It was delicious! The chicken tenders for kids are very yummy too, we choose a fruit cup for my son(PARENT BE CAUTIOUS) GRAPES ARE NOT CUT IN HALF! My husband said the garlic fries are good as well. Super delicious! First time trying it, and it was amazing. This was a chicken teriyaki sandwich. If you've ever had a taco de alpastor, it tastes like that but a sandwich version of it. So yummy!! Fries were sweet potatoes, also delicious! A little pricey but very fulfilling and worth it.

Delicious hamburgers and a great unusual Hawaiian type (made in the Bay Area) IPA beer. The Cali burger on sourdough was fantastic as was the onion rings. Friendly staff. Eat outside but no heat lamps.

Great place with great service. There's plenty of parking space in the shopping center and they have indoor and outdoor seating.
