Economical mom-and-pop place, rooms and accommodation were clean and comfortable. Bring your own coffee, no coffee machine. The walls are a bit thin. But overall I think you definitely get a good deal for what they charge.

Nice staff. Quiet for the most part. Kist not kid friendly. But if it's just you and your They significant other for the night it's a nice place to go

Had problems paying day by day because we flew back in from Kansas because someone stole our proceeds of selling our home we still have check but they were able to deposit it threw they're. ?M o bile app unbelievable can't believe it was possible but its hurt us financially struggling to pay rooms every day we always managed to pay for room but front desk there had no compasion an even 10 minutes late on paying was a $20 late fee had to leave that place

The people that run this property are MEAN. They lack humane qualities and are outright hateful to their “guests”. If someone is even a few minutes late paying their “rent” they bang on the door and yell and scream at the guests and add on exorbitant late fees. They yell loud enough for other guests to hear that someone is late paying their rent. It’s disgusting. Not only that, but when a renter is suddenly away from the property (not by their own choice) they pack up all of the items in the room immediately and they throw it away or “donate” it without the consent of the items’ owner. Even if someone tries to pay another night rent FOR the persons that had to leave, they refused!! Terrible humans!! While it’s true that this motel seems to attract people who are down on their luck and have no where else to go, they show ZERO compassion or patience. The area is dangerous and gun shots are heard several times a week. Avoid this property!

They are really doing a great job remodeling and cleaning up the place. Love the new owners. Still a rough crowd of tenants though since you don't need a credit card to stay. Pretty sure it's cash only.

I was there when that guy got shot. I was on the other side of the wall. Bullet almost went through the wall. Hours of police with guns and questions. They had to escort my daughter to me with a semi automatic rifle scared her to death my son went to stay with his uncle but she had to come to me I was use to it spent 18+ yrs on west casino road but she wouldn't talk or move she ate small bites this went on for a couple days she's better now. Other than that it was good.

The OG Trap Motel! Bring your own sheets. To be fair, they're trying to control the crazy now. Too little, too late. Be careful after dark in this general area.

As we all can agree its not the greatest area, good parts are hard to find in Everett, but the staff couldnt make up for it more. My boyfriend and I stayed there for a bit over a month and I dont know everyones names but they were all always there taking care of things and just very nice. Sarah you helped us when things got crazy and we couldnt appriciate it more JOSE you were there when things got weird and you were the absolute BEST. Jose is the PM guy and he never failed to make us feel safe and do his job. Thank you to all of you !
