This place and the people who go here, have completely changed the way I look at exercise. Exercise should be fun, and it is here at Farrell’s! Everyone is so kind and very helpful! Anyone looking to jump start their love for moving your body again, I would strongly recommend Farrells.

I highly recommend this location. The owners are involved and fantastic. The instructors are fun and motivating. Most of all it is a community full of great people working out together, motivating one another and having fun together. Rather than dreading having to go in to the gym, Farrell’s will have you looking forward to putting the work in. You’ll quickly see the results in yourself and those around you.

I have avoided the gym since my kids were little and it's been WAY too long. Farrell's was easy to get into the groove and now I HATE missing a day! Love the switch between kickboxing and strength days. Everyone is fabulously friendly too!

I wish I would have tried the preview class a year and a half ago when I first called because it took one class for me to get hooked! I’ve been a member now since June and love it! The classes change every single day to keep your body guessing. The staff and instructors are absolutely amazing at listening to your goals and helping you with correct form so you don’t hurt yourself. The members, incredibly welcoming! Glove bumps between rounds and constant words of encouragement. Don’t wait like I did. Try it now!

I’ve been a member since 2017 because Farrell’s Woodbury is more than just a gym. From the owners, managers and instructors to the coaches and members, it’s a community of supportive friends who want to help you succeed, during your initial 10-week challenge and beyond. I know the workouts have been key to me maintaining strength and flexibility in my 40s, and will continue to in the years to come!

The Farrell's program works! However, you get out of it what you put into it. Work hard and practice good nutrition and you will reach your goals! Working out with others gives me the added incentive that I need, to be there. Showing up is 90% of your success. The instructors are knowledgeable and always friendly. The gym is always clean and in good repair.

Today I did KB with Ohs and it was a lot of fun! She is very motivating and no matter what level your at, she helps everyone have the best workout experience for that day. Thank you Farrell's for the fun instructors, everyone is awesome! 😊

I’ve tried personal training, CrossFit, gym classes, yoga, FitOn, writing my own plans, using apps, going to LA Fitness, Planet Fitness, Anytime Fitness, and Whenever Fitness etc., without really feeling like I A. belonged and B. felt committed to my goals. The closest I came was when I was working downtown Minneapolis and had a fancy gym with classes that were attended by others in my building. I felt a sense of community and accomplishment and pride and the DESIRE to show up each day for both myself and those around me who informed a bind with. Farrell’s does that for me. I couldn’t be happier to have found a place to call home with a group of people who have invited me into their space without judgement or restrictions. 10/10 in my book and I am a tough one to please.
