Far Horizons Condo Assoc. - Motel in North Redington Beach - 17248 Gulf Blvd, USA

Small complex, two floors with a swimming pool in the center and a breezeway to the beach. There are lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas on the patio by the beach and tables and chairs in the breezeway. It's cute and comfortable. On the down side, there are no elevators, no restrooms by the pool, and steps down to the beach so it's not really handicap accessible.

It was my first vacation in years so I was excited to get back down to Florida. A good friend of mine, who also happens to be one of the locals, suggested that I try Far Horizons. I’ve stayed at other places along the beach but have never stayed here before. Just my luck, I snagged the last room available and scored with a gulf view room with a balcony (#25). The room was clean and I loved that there was a little kitchenette with a full-sized fridge. The place was well maintained and the staff was helpful & friendly. The location was great and the regulars who happened to be there during my stay were awesome and very welcoming. This place isn’t fancy but it had all the amenities I needed which made for a wonderful & relaxing vacation. I will definitely be back again next year!

This quiet little setup is an excellent little getaway right on the beach. It's owned by a condo association, not a big hotel chain. The rooms have two double beds, showers, kitchenette with sink, small stove and full size fridge. All the convenience of home.

We stayed 8/21 to 8/26 in #4, a pool view. The facility is well maintained and the room layout made good use of the space. The kitchenette had everything we needed and a longer stay would be no problem. The staff was always helpful and pleasant. We look forward to a return visit. We love it here, home away from home we absolute enjoy this place. We are locals and live only ten minutes away, but we come here often because it clean, safe and nice. Easy safe parking, many good places to eat. and we will keep coming back often. Rockster.

I wish I knew how to describe this place better, but it reminded me of when my Dad took us to the beach in the 80s. There can't be more than 20 rooms. My kids made friends immediately. Everyone was so friendly, and you step out of your room onto the beach. We could walk to breakfast. There was a great coffee place with a walk up window a block from the place. It was a perfect weekend getaway with the family.

It was amazing. A perfectly sized kitchen with everything you need, a heated pool, extra blankets, and a perfect view of the ocean. Literally walk through one doorway and bam! Theres the ocean. Its amazing, and such a comfortable spot. The bathrooms are stocked with hand soap and toilet paper, and the towels, trash bags, and tissues are all kept up. Definitely staying here again when I take a vacation again.

My Family has been coming to Far Horizons for 20+ years for our family reunion. This year has been frustrating. The pool was always dirty. The breezeway hardly ever got cleaned. The back deck was always dirty. Table and chairs never cleaned and falling ng apart. Hot water got shut off without notice. Just seemed like they never had anyone working. It's also very frustrating that the the Far Horizons doesn't use computers for reservations and there office staff hardly ever works, "in at 9 or 10 and they leave whenever they want". I know it's hard to hire staff now a days but it's sad to see this place looking/turning into a "trashy motel".
