Food use to be extremely good here. Now this location is under new management. The breakfast bowl use to come with 2 thick cut slices of bacon. Now they just sprinkle small amounts of bacon bits on top. I ordered to breakfast bowls with biscuits. I only received one biscuit which felt hard like a hockey puck. Famous Toastery has good food but I suggest you avoid the Branch view location in Concord.
The staff was nice and very attentive. No problems there. Food was very cafeteria-ish. Not alot of flavor. I had the shrimp and grits and was majorly disappointed. They need to get a new recipe. The potatoes were bland, the french toast was bland. My 6 year old order the mac and cheese, it was dry.
Such a nice brunch spot! The eggs Benedict was delicious and it was nice to have the mimosa flight so I could try more than one flavor. I’ll be looking for one local to me so I can go again as there were so many options to try!
Very underwhelming, I ordered the omelet with avocado, spinach, tomatoes and parmesan. The spinach tastes like the greens from last night at best or they were just spoiling. The breakfast potatoes were not warm and that was a surprise since I was one of only three tables in the restaurant at the time. The young Lady who picked up my table was great. Service was good. I just wish the food was as well.
The food wasn't bad, but nothing to write home about really. I love a good corned beef hash, and was pleased to see it on the menu. The hash was good, but the eggs were under done. The hot chocolate was pretty, but mostly tasted like an underwhelming powdered mix made with water.
First time visiting Famous Toastery. Riah was great, the food and drinks were delicious-a White Russian at 11:30 am is suggested. 10 out of 10, will be back again. Thank you!!!
Very big omelet and custom with what meats I wanted, tasty potatoes and nothing short of a nice breakfast. Customer service was nice and always asked if I needed anything while I was there. Overall it was great and hidden away from the busy roads made it not as busy.
It was gross. I found a super long strand of hair in my shrimp and grits. I actually pulled it out of my mouth. Disgusting 🤮. Pretty much everyone kinda shrugged their shoulders like it was par for the course. A kitchen worker named Brandon was really upset and attempted a genuine apology. The staff offered to make the meal again. Uh no thanks! Wont be back for food. Manager comped the food and gave me a free drink. And a complimentary card for a free meal. Not a pleasant experience .

I was a bit hesitant to come here due to previous recent reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the tomato basil soup and grilled cheese and they were soooo good! The waiter, Grace, was very attentive and friendly. It was a bit busy so it

A lot of fun. Reserve 30-45 minutes for the first quest.

My first time here and must say itâs a WIN for me. The food was amazingly delicious and I manage to try their Hawaiian favorites. Miss Sharon is an excellent hostess. The greeting when you enter was given with LOVE.
