Good, very fresh, homemade Haitian food. Small with maybe 3 little tables for sit down dinning. A NO frills experience and tucked away in a visually easy to miss location, within a friendly blue collar urban setting in the shadows of downtown Tampa, this place is great for those in the "know" and in search of authentic Haitian cuisine. Enjoy!

I have driven from 40 mins out of town a couple of times to eat here. So the food is good. I have tried and love their legume, goat, and stewed chicken. Only problem is the hours posted online don’t always match with their actual hours. And even when they ARE open they often run out of many dishes. I understand this happening on occasion. But This is SUCH a big disappointment for someone driving from out of the way to eat here. I came here on a Saturday afternoon in the middle of the day and they were UNAPOLOGETIC about having no food left. I have driven further out of the way to other Haitian restaurants just because they are more realizable. I sincerely wish they could do better.

I go to a place like this in Montreal and it is almost exactly the same, the only difference is no 30-minute wait! The food is delicious and is good for 2 meals. Good home food. They have 2 kinds of rice, white or rice with beans (creole style) and the meats are in a rich tomato sauce. The chicken is still on the bone but it is worth the effort to get the full experience. The ambience is of a "to go" place so you can sit down but you may wish to take it back to your place and save some for later. They now (recently) accept credit cards also.

If you're looking for good Haitian food I highly recommend must be to go there's no room to seat and eat and a/c usually is not working

I was so hungry, from out of town. The food was good. Customer was wonderful. I'm not sure what meat was I'm the legumes. I saw, meatballs and turkey meat 🍖. I will definitely stop again whenever I'm in town.

You get a lot of food for the money. So much food, couldn't eat it all at once. It's pretty taste, extremely satisfied with the meal. Friendly staff and family atmosphere. Two thumbs-up...

Stumbled upon this gem! We were pleasantly surprised and I have been talking about the delicious meal we had all day. Very welcoming and there is limited dining space. As someone who is new to the area, I jump for joy when I find places that are worth the price and drive! I will definitely recommend and I can’t wait to come back.

I used to love this place, but today was my last day when I decided I would never go there again. I ordered Fish and she overcharged me $30 a plate. MAKE SURE WHEN U GO THERE U ASK HOW MUCH DOSE IT COST FIRST‼️ or they will OVERCHARGE U
