Passing by, baby was hungry so we stopped. Large portions. The fried zucchini was good. My eggs were cold and the hash browns were not brown, very undercooked. My husband had a western omelet, said it was ok. His hash browns were more cooked than mine were. The baby had an egg and silver dollar pancakes. She loves eggs an didn’t touch them. Clean restrooms. Plenty of parking. It was just ok.
We finally were up early enough to get in, had a great early lunch. They have all the menu while they are open, so you can have what you like or mix and match. I really like pork tenderloins with gravy like a dinner, not sandwich and the one here was excellent. Great gravy. You can pick your dides, so I went with a baked potato. Wifey had great mashed potatoes. I went with baked beans she with green beans. Also Wifey craved a pancake and waitress brought her a small one to satisfy that yearning. Great place. Hope they can go to full hours. Because we are up late, afternoon or dinner would great. Closer to our house than any other sit down place like this. Will be back.
I feel like a lot of people come here out of tradition. But it’s not the same place it used to be. You can come here and see your friends. But the service and food quality have declined. My mom pointed at her order on the senior menu but was still charged full price. Even when she brought it up at the register. I ordered over medium eggs which were over easy. I didn’t get my hashbrowns. We were polite when we pointed it out and said thank you at every opportunity. We both ordered water, but my mother said when the food came, she would like to order a milk. Our server never returned so that she could order the milk, or bring us take away containers. When she brought my hashbrowns, she basically threw them on the table. I don’t expect a grand apology, but usually in food service when something is wrong, you get a quick apology. The hashbrowns were literally room temperature and raw. The water tasted horrible, like something was wrong with the ice. I miss the old quality and friendly servers.
Great place for breakfast. Very cozy and quaint. I ordered the chicken and waffle. I got a large plate size waffle with 5 to 6 chicken nuggets. I was expecting one piece of chicken instead. The chicken nuggets were ok for a dish of their own but they didn't really paired with the waffle. The waffle was delicious! It was soft and sweet, had a little crunch outside. I ate it without syrup. Service was great. We will definitely try more of their food.
I LOVE this place! The food is ALWAYS top notch. Don’t think we’ve ever had anything we didn’t like. The atmosphere is so cozy & homey. Priced very reasonably for the quality & portion sizes of food. The staff is mostly made up of people who’ve been there for decades. These ladies are friendly & excellent at what they do. My favorite breakfast spot on the weekends. Was so sad when they had to decrease hours of operation due to staffing shortages. Keep ‘em going!
Food was excellent. But they charged me $2.79 for this little bitty bowl of gravy. That's life charging $5 for a Bud Light as far as I'm concerned and does not happen again.
Pretty darn good food. Great atmosphere. You know it's a cozy little place. Last time it was a little busy and slow service
This was my family's first experience coming here and it did not disappoint. Seating is a little close and it was pretty packed however it was Sunday at 1. Food was great all around. Big helpings. The staff made it feel like a small town restaurant full of hospitality. Would love to go here again soon.

Other civilians are super chill as they hangout at this location. Sometimes loud, but this is a bar so itâs meant to. Great service by Dominique, ordered a cheese burger & fries . Was not disappointed at all !
We had a great late lunch today. 8 oz sirloins for both, onion appetizer to start. Found they have online seat requests, so got seated when we got there. And only 10 minutes from the house. Took home some yeast rolls and half my steak and taters.

My wife and I rode the train for the Fall Harvest Tour. The train ride was relaxing and enjoyable. Loved looking at the steam and diesel locomotives and the cabooses and various train cars and track maintenance cars. Big thanks for the volunteers wh
It was great! 1st time going there and I was very impressed with the taste of the food. I had a grilled chicken rice bowl. Everything was very good tasting and I got a good size portion for the price. Others that I went there with ordered the philly
We've been here since November, hitting all sorts of spots we didn't have in California, and this is a favorite. Everything was great, I had a 4 piece, wifey a 3. Will be back more. Very good value and love the lemonade.
We've ate here several times. Most recently at a super busy time with some really picky customers who gave the servers a hard time and left without paying. Brenda and Melissa are great waitresses, always friendly and fast. Food is good for the price
First time going for Breakfast and not only was the food amazing but so was the service. Loved the Biscuits and gravy platter. Also their different choices of mimosa flavors to choose from more amazing as well.
