I had no trouble reclaiming my deposit like some other reviewers. Also I did not encounter any bed bugs. The rooms were a bit dated but that's what to expect at this price range. My only complaint was the heavy scent in the room which I can't quite describe. Kind of a musky and spicy smell

No washcloths or hand towels. When I went to the office at 8:05 am to get some so I could shower before meeting friends for breakfast, the office didn't open til 9 even though the sign said "Yes, we're open". I called the number on the door and asked for some wash clothes so I could shower. She said after 9 and hung up on me. The WORST customer service that I have ever had at a motel and I travel a lot! I would highly recommend no matter how much money you are trying to save, DO NOT under any circumstances choose this place. I didn't even mention the dirty rooms and lack of amenities that were shown on their website. If I could give this place a negative star, that's what they rate. -*****

‼️⛔️⚠️WARNING: DO NOT BOOK A ROOM‼️⛔️⚠️|‼️⛔️⚠️SCAM ALERT‼️⛔️⚠️|I booked a room at this motel and had the most revolting,  gruesome days of my life.|Firstly, I booked a carpet less room but the disrespectful owner gave me a room with a carpet. Secondly, the owner was extremely rude and when I tried to negotiate with her, she said that ( for no reason ) we should be used to living in these small rooms. Thirdly, the room had a toilet, which the door could not close properly and had crackers in the ceiling and floor. Fourthly, when we asked the owner if the room could be cleaned, she said no disrespectfully, so I had to sleep in a dirty room for the 4 days we were saying . To add on to this, when I asked if I could have a refund and book a motel/hotel elsewhere ,she disrespectfully said no .|I WISH I COULD RATE THIS MOTEL 0 STARS BUT THIS IS THE LEAST I CAN DO.|‼️⛔️⚠️I AM WARNING YOU THIS IS A SCAM. ‼️ ⛔️⚠️

My wife and I stayed the night on our way home from a weeklong trip in Canada. The room was okay for the price. At checkin, a $100 deposit was held for incidentals. This is common practice, but the owner informed me there would be an 8% charge for using a credit card. The next morning, I checked out. At that point, they were unable to reverse the charge but she said she would. The charge went through, for $100, a few days later. I called and got no response. Then, I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. They were unable to get the charge reversed as well. Now, it has been almost two months and I still have not received my refund. My wife and I were in the room for less than 12 hours. There is no way anything would have warranted the deposit not being returned. I have called and texted the owner numerous times. No response other than a text message saying they don’t charge me. Ridiculous hassle. Avoid this place.

The only good thing about this motel is that it's close to Niagara falls and slightly more affordable than other motels in the area. I paid $115 for this dump... Do yourself a favor and pay extra for something better. This is worth $10 at most. Don't trust the good reviews... probably their friends. This is the WORST motel I've ever been to. Everything is old and outdated. The small TV didn't work AC was a joke (more like a small fan) dirty floor / beds bathroom was clean and acceptable and had hot water Host was a nice person The beds were so stiff and uneven. I was so hot that I couldn't sleep through the night and checked myself out at 3am! I would rather shower at a truck stop and sleep in my car and save my money!

This place will steal from you, give you dirty towels and a dirtier attitude. Avoid like the plague and speaking of the plague, they have bed bugs. She insisted we pay a security deposit and only gave part of it back saying “this is how we make money”. When called to ask for it back, she said don’t come back…kind of funny considering she’d have to pay me to set foot in that infested, disgusting hovel.

Do not stay at this motel. It is dirty, there were bugs crawling around, furniture was falling apart, towels were gross, hair all over the place, tv and shower not working. They will ask for a $100 deposit and then will not return the full amount and will say the fine print says they can keep some of it because it’s “how they make money”. Extremely rude, horrible customer service! Will be reporting this place. You have been warned.

The 100$ deposit is a literal joke. The room smells down bad, the furniture and decoration is straight out of 1850. Bathroom was dirty with splashes on the mirror. We slept on top of the bed cover with our hoods on scared of the bedbugs. Terrible experience.
