Fallbrook Country Inn - Featured Reviews (438)
The Fallbrook Country Inn is like a second home for me. I stay there quite frequently and I disagree with any review that speaks negatively about the managers or the staff. They are all seriously hard working and always trying to please the guests and help them with all of their needs and complaints. They do a great job under very difficult circumstances. I would highly recommend staying at the Country Inn anytime. They keep the rooms clean and the property is very clean and lovely and relaxing. I highly recommend spending a little extra and getting the deluxe room poolside. You feel like you have escaped to a fantasy vacation!! It's very relaxing and tranquil and I suppose it could be quite romantic given the right set up. James and Sarah are doing a great job and are very friendly and accommodating. They are also very direct and honest and will always do their best to give you a good price trying to match and even beat prices online. I cannot speak highly enough of this business and out of all the hotels in Fallbrook this is definitely the one to stay at!

The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of travel. The amenities provided were top-notch, from the complimentary toiletries to the in-room coffee maker.
We booked a stay here hoping it would be a charming local gem, but unfortunately it fell far below our expectations. The room was extremely dirty with marks stains and residue alll over the floor, walls, ceiling, and furniture. Our pillows, mattress, sheets and towels all had strange stains on them. I gave service 2 stars because they replaced our towels when we asked but it’s upsetting we needed to ask for clean towels twice. There is also black mold all over the shower, which is likely where the stains on the towels came from. When we first arrived there was also a strange yellow puddle in the shower as if someone had recently urinated in there. Additionally, the booking said the room had a king bed but we discovered it was actually 2 extremely stained twin mattresses shoved together. Overall, I would recommend anyone look to stay elsewhere.
For the price, the rooms are fine. I have two primary complaints.
1. Room 112 smelled like an uncleaned cat litter box. When I arrived, all the windows and doors were opened and, even then, it reeked.
2. The Internet has some kind of spyware/adware that triggered warnings on three separate devices. Do not use their Internet as it is middling your data and inserting links into sites you are visiting. This is a very questionable business practice.
One star for these two reasons.
If you need a place to stay in Fallbrook, Fallbrook Country Inn is the place you want to stay. They are nice quaint and spacious rooms with parking right in front of your door. The Microwave and Mini Fridge are located in a kitchenette area with a sink and cabinets. If you choose a Deluxe room, you have immediate access to the pool and patio area which is very relaxing at night. The area is open and spacious with nice views of the surrounding community. It is close to all local amenities. The young couple, James and Sarah who manage the place are OUTSTANDING! They are warm and friendly and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. So of the choices in Fallbrook, this is the best deal.
The room was NOTHING like advertised. The first room we were assigned to was just awful and the neighbors gave us the creeps! My husband used the bathroom and realized it was backed up. We called the front desk (within 15 min of arriving) and asked them unclog the toilet. The man came about 15 minutes later and first asked what we put in the toilet. Really? Then he looked at the toilet and left. He returned with a plunger and handed it to my husband. What!! The man said to give it time and I said we need a different room. They assigned us a room 2 doors away from the first room. This one said ‘non smoking’ but it smelled like smoke. Both rooms furniture was ripped, paint peeling from the walls, and the furniture must have come from the city dump.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE! And do not go by the pictures they posted on line. When we asked about a room by the pool we were told that we did not pay extra for these rooms and the attitude was very rude.
I've stayed here 2 months ago and met the family. They are the nicest people to know. The rooms are great too. The size of the rooms are larger than normal. The linen, the towels, the rooms are very clean. The area is safe and has a country feeling to it. There's a refrigerator and a microwave to use. Also, a coffee maker to enjoy my morning coffee. The rates are fair and affordable for the amount of amenities you get. I give this place a perfect 5 stars 🌟
I book here all the time. The room aren't really clean or nice but I just need a place to sleep and shower but yesterday we had a non smoking room and when we got there the whole room smelled like cigarettes really bad I couldn't sleep the whole night and they wouldn't change the room I know it wasn't busy so customer service is horrible
Had an issue with room.. received the wrong room. Went down to front desk after entering my room (was missing the large 2 person tub) and was offered compensation without hesitation. Great service and made things right immediately.
Tip: if something
The salad was delicious. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of it. It had spinach, goat cheese, apple, and pomegranate seeds. The vinaigrette was nice and tangy, which I love in a dressing. The soup of the day was Moroccan Butternut Squash so
