Fall Creek's special "Remember the Alamo" commemorative Cabernet Sauvignon. Truly delightful. If you've never been here, it's a bit out of the way -- HOWEVER -- COMPLETELY WORTH IT! And James is EASILY worth coming all by himself! He grew-up in the winery, his knowledge of Texas wines is encyclopedic, and he is endlessly entertaining!

Came here for a bachelorette wine tasting and it was absolutely fabulous! James was the most inviting and sincere person I’ve met. His passion & knowledge was much appreciated when explaining the wines and what to expect for a person who doesn’t normally drink wine. 10/10 will be back again!

Ed and Susan Auler defied all odds with their assortment of award-winning wines. Constantly being told that they wouldnt succeed since the 70's with a Texas-based vineyard [because it wasnt the appropriate climate to grow grapes]. After spending a few hours with these charismatic conisours, their passion for fruit was extremely evident - all of their wines were well crafted and delicious. Their tasting room, patio and property is perfect for a trunk show or wedding. In the past, they've hosted luncheons for Governor Rick Perry, President George Bush and Prince Charles.

Have always enjoyed Fall Creek wines....nice to visit where it all began. Thank you, James, for all your friendly info! The patio is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy some nice wine in the peaceful quiet of the lake and hills!

My favorite winery in the Lake Buchanan/Inks Lake area. Wine is delicious and they have wine available at every price point. Fall Creek is perfect for the casual wine drinker and the wine enthusiast. The staff, especially James, are the absolute best. Fall Creek at Tow is 100% worth the detour from the main roads. Enjoy the wine, good cheese, and view.

We love coming here! It’s beautiful and the wine is wonderful. If James is serving, he alone is worth the visit he’s so entertaining!

I took guests here. I was disappointed in the available tasting wines. I thought the cost of $20 for what is a total of about 5 oz of wine that I didn't enjoy, was pricey. I've brought many guests here in the pass, and enjoyed it. James is a wonderful host, and very knowledgeable about wines.
