The location is everything! Sits on Nottingham lake. Current Google photos does not due this place justice. I advised the front desk that they should update them. Not the Waldorf but comfortable and clean. No central air but that's common in the area. Ceiling fans and open windows were plenty to keep the place cool. Well worth the visit.

We have enjoyed joining our close friends for many years at their timeshares at Falcon Point. This time I happened to leave a valuable piece of jewelry behind. The cleaning staff member turned it into management and contacted our friends, to our delight and amazement. Lisa and Rafael handled the issue so professionally and with great care. They priority mailed the piece to me and it's now back in my possession. I can't say enough good things about the staff and management at Falcon Point!

Nice enough place, but they have a plumbing issue that reportedly was built-into all units (half have reportedly been corrected to date). The kitchen sink has an open pipe below sink level to act as a "vent" I was told. Problem is if the P-trap is so much as partially clogged and you drain the kitchen sink (after doing dishes), water overflows through the "vent" into the cabinet and onto the floor. Horrible stink. Staff responded quickly each time to mop up, but issue was never resolved (the P - trap should have been cleared for the short term fix, and then plumbing corrected later. As old as this place is, I'm not sure why the condition is still allowed to exist???). See photo to view the plumbing abomination. There are better places to spend the kind of money they charge.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and think Falcon Point is one of the best accommodations that we have experienced in the past 15 years as timeshare owners! River, Adallie and Lee were very personable, helpful and knowledgeable. |Complex had a fabulous Indoor-outdoor pool with 2 hot tubs also ping pong, pool table, foosball, big tv and planned activities/ |Underground parking, 2-minute walk to town/ski/regional busses. |1 bedroom is spacious with new king bed, large remodeled kitchen that was fully stocked with dinnerware for 12 not just 4 of everything like most. |Even baking, cooking and many cooking utensils and knife block. |Condo also had a large balcony with nice furniture. !|A lovely park and lake borders property for sledding in the winter, a playground and fishing available in the summer. |Many nice shops and restaurants in walking distance. |Easy off and on I70 but far away so no highway noise.|

All though we had a Rocky start our first night we got here it was handled quickly and we were accommodated with an upgraded GORGEOUS room. I think That if it was not for the amazing customer service, River and lisa showed us, our vacation would have been ruined. They make this place a home away from home. We would definitely come back here. Also a huge plus is the transit system here is practically free and takes you to all towns and ski lifts

We are the experienced family travellers, and we have a few timesharing ownership in different companies. Unfortunately the falcon point was the worst place we ever had in timeshare experience. 1. They have a sink dispenser which does not work properly. When you turn it on, its spreading the water all over the kitchen and make a huge stinking smell. Instead fixing it, they just put the sign “no food in dispenser” and blamed me for putting a strawberry inside. Even with no food inside, it still did not work and was licking. During our 7 day stay, they could not fix it. The pill holder in dish washer was broken as well, and it could not wash the dishes properly. The maintenance guy told me that he can do nothing with it. 2. The heater in the room placed right above your head, and blow right in your face. We needed to sleep with the open windows, witch was nice. But with the closed windows you simply have no air at all. 3. Most of amities did not work: sauna under reconstruction for a long time (according to the spiderweb inside) Jacuzzi had a max capacity of a 6 people, and was always fully loaded. We could get in only on the 3rd day of stay, and we were surprised when jacuzzi did not work and had the same water temperature as a pool. 4. Everything in this hotel is so tiny, so you bearly can fit your luggage in your room. Ceiling is so low, that you can literally touch it (I am 5.10ft) Even the garage was so tiny, that you will spend 20min to park the car, not touching others. 5. If you will bring a luggage cart, or your skiing equipment in the room, you will be fined for that. 6. If you will need a new set of bead sheets, you will need to pay $16 for each. For my question “why so?” Concierge answered “because its a time share”. But we never have been charged for the sheets in any of the time share resorts before. 7. The staff were very nice, but unfortunately could not help with our issues. After dark you wouldn’t find anyone to help you. Once we saw the sign “will be in 5 min” during the whole night. We could not check out at 6 am, simply because nobody was at front desk. P.s I hate to write a bad reviews, but this was an experience of stay in cheap motel, where you usually pay $50 per night. So think if it’s worth spending your points or vacation vouchers for stay in this time share motel.

It was the WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!! They say its a hotel, which is a lie, they said that they have cleaning service and it is not true, they change towels and throw the trash only one day if your stay is longer than 4 days , they do not clean anything else, WE NEVER HAD HOT WATER AND IT WAS SNOWING!!!!!!!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS????? WE HAD TO MICROWAVE THE WATER SO WE COULD SHOWER!!! THIS HAPPENED 3 DAYS IN A ROW! The service is awful, they never helped us with the matter of the water. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
