Delicious gyro wrap and wonderful staff. The meat was very tender and flavorful. I can’t wait to try more from their menu :) highly recommended!!

Food was delicious. Chicken and lamb were very juicy, rice was flavorful. Hummus was a little bland but not bad. I don’t recommend getting the cheese pizza. Definitely need to work on making better pizza. Onions rings/fries were ok.

The food is good, my rating is because of my experiences with Sam. The first time I came here I ordered the beef bacon cheddar burger. Sam gave me what he said was like free fries. I came again another day and ordered this burger again, this time my burger had the regular amount of beef bacon so I realized what Sam had done. The free fries were not actually free, they were given as a substitution for them not having enough beef bacon. This was bad customer service because fries are not a substitute for meat. I want a beefy, hearty burger. Sam should've asked me (the customer) if this was okay to do. He should've told me sorry we are running out, would you like to get something else, or tell me he can't sell the burger because they are running low on ingredients. Its seems like maybe he didn't know they were low when it was sold but the right thing to do wasn't done. He just saw me as money and didn't treat me as a customer. Another time I had a terrible experience with Sam, I called ahead and ordered a pizza. I didn't talk to him first, it was someone else who told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. Sam called me quickly and said it would be 30 minutes, okay no problem. After 30 minutes, I came in. Sam told me 5 more minutes, okay no problem. I mean what else can I do, its just 5 minutes. I end up waiting 15 minutes. Then Sam tells me my order is ready and I'm waiting at my table and he doesn't first go to serve it to me. He should've served it at the table to me where I'm waiting like the other customers are served. No apology either, I had to call him out about it. I told him you know on the phone you said 30 minutes and then I waited here 15 more minutes, then he said sorry. I shouldn't have to call him out because I did feel embarrassed about it but I had to do it. My review has been entirely honest, Sam did tell me that I could get a free soda but again the was after I called him out (he didn't offer it in the first place) and after I already have a bad taste in my mouth from the bad experience with the burger.

We took a break from the freeway. How serendipitous! Absolutely delicious foods and condiments. Super friendly people. Babaganoush obviously a home recipe. Outstanding! Excellent falafel. Some hot red sauce: so tasty! Made there. Combo kebab plate of lamb and chalpi was such a joy to eat, down to the zingy salad and spiced rice. Would come here every day if we lived here.

The gyros were amazing. Highly recommended. The manager / owner was super friendly as well.

Sam (pictured below) was very hospitable. The portions will definitely leave you full with some extra to take home. The presentation is beautiful and the food, most importantly was, was delicious! In addition to the meal they have really tasty mango smoothies that are made in-house and sure to compliment any meal! Overall, a great place to try!

When in Sacramento and when friends are in the Bay, Tracy is always the best meet up spot. With a strict halal hand-slaughtered menu, Falafel Flame becomes an obvious choice. Amazing and tasty but simple dishes. Even better customer service and hospitality.
