Horrible service! Saw that Ace had some Safe Step product in stock and ran over to pick some up. When asked if I needed help, I let the gentleman know what I was looking for he led me to the pallet it was on. Instead of taking a 3 quick minutes to get me what i was looking for at the base of the pallet; he told unless i planned on coming back, he wasn't going to get it for me. As much as i hate Amazon, by the time i got back to my car, i placed an order and it's arriving tomorrow.
I really enjoy going to Ace Hardware. They always have incredibly helpful staff and unlike some of the bigger stores you can actually find one to help you. I often shop year to get my one off supplies.
