Fairway Inn - Hotel in Florida City - 100 SE 1st Ave, USA

Only average. Rooms are spacious and clean. Grounds are kept very nice. Breakfast is really small and there is a waffle maker but only one and there's always a long line to use it. Pool is not kept clean and there's always tons of dead bugs floating around. Pool waterfall didn't work the whole week I was there. Great location away from big city and on the way to the Keys.

I am conflicted as everything with the motel was excellent. It was immaculate. The location is the perfect crossroad for easy access to the Everglades, Miami and the keys. However some customers were not so nice, a smell of drugs at night and the location is quite ‘rough’. But despite this my family and never felt unsafe within the motel. If like us you are in a road trip this is a really great place to stay.

We went to the keys and on our way back stopped here for the night. Clean rooms, hot showers, clean pool, friendly staff. The door had an issue and that was fixed within minutes by technical staff. Kids liked that they could make their own waffles with breakfast

Very nice place. We were a late check in and left out early. The late check in was so easy and the staff at front desk very nice. Would stay here again if in the area. Due to our short stay, we didn't have a chance to explore the area but it was a great place.

Arrêt pour une nuit en revenant des|Keys. Sur la chambre rien à redire : un micro ondes dans la chambre, un frigo, supermarché pas|Loin si vous voulez|Faire|Économique. La|Chambre|Est|Bien aménagée et|Propre, c’est même surprenant pour un motel shampooing, après|Shampooing etc. Par contre la piscine c’était une autre|Histoire : des|Personnes étaient en train de|Fumer|Des|Joints autour de la piscine, en train de boire des bières alors que l’alcool y est|Interdit. Forte odeur d’urine autour du bassin. Lune des deux portes était cassée, impossible de sortir de sorte que des personnes escaladent la|Grille. Le|Petit déjeuner : yaourts|Chimiques. Pas|Un Yaourt nature, idem pour les jus|De fruits. Seule la pâte|À gaufres industrielle et l’attente pour faire sa gaufre a ravi les enfants. Donc oui pour un stop mais il y a peut être mieux sans les environs.

Highly recommend. Emily at check-in was very professional - she quickly helped us with the room, and we were able to visit the sights in the area before they closed. It had Very clean rooms. We stayed on the way to the Keys. Great breakfast. Comfortable beds.

Pros…outside parking area is very clean and well lit. Cons…when I got into my room, I noticed one bed was not made and there were no soaps or supplies. It was after midnight, I called the front desk, which I had to call using my cell phone as their phone in the room did not work. The gentleman told me to come down to the front desk to get all the supplies. Could not believe they wanted me to do their job. So he came down to my room and gave me another key card for a different room. That room was all made up, but not very clean. There was a long black hair in the bathtub which definitely was not mine. The second day that hair was still there so obviously they don’t clean the bathtub. if you want hot water for a shower, turn it on about 10 minutes before you need it and then it’s about 150°.

I liked the room my family stayed in, clean, with all complimentary items like new, bed, furniture… Good breakfast, good Property to stay, quiet. Good location also, not long drive to go around. I recommend it. I had a good family experience. Thank you.
