Fairmont Scottsdale Princess - Hotel in Scottsdale - 7575 E Princess Dr, USA

The Scottsdale Princess deserves more than 5 stars. Our visit was exceptional and lots of fun! The resort has so many things to do and several EXCELLENT restaurants on property. I must first give a complimentary shout out to the entire concierge team...especially Justin Samland! We went to celebrate my birthday and he went above and beyond to make sure my visit met ALL of my expectations. Also, the restaurants they recommended off property were stellar!! On property we dined at La Hacienda and it was FANTASTIC and very delicious! We had a celebratory dinner at Bourbon Steak and everything we ordered was outstanding and the food was all served HOT! They have a truffle roll that is out of this world! We stayed in the Sunset Signature wing and the room was newly redone and spotless! I highly recommend the Sunset wing. We can not wait to return to the princess!!

This resort has just about everything you would need. I was there during the Christmas lights and activities which looked pretty awesome. My only complaint is the room I had was dated, the water would not shut off in the bathroom and it was difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. This could have been the cooler weather and AZ not dealing with that well.

My wife and I recently stayed for our anniversary. Overall, the property was nice and staff were friendly. Rooms seem a little dated for a five star resort, in my opinion. Food/drinks definitely priced like a 5 star resort, but both were good 😂 We were on floor 3 overlooking the princess pool (great views!) but unfortunately, each night around 3am the cleaning crew would run leaf blowers a floor down by the bar area, for about an hour, which sounded like they were right outside our room. Thought the first night was a fluke but ended up calling the front desk to ask why that seemed to be the correct time for power tools. Again, resort and views were nice, but wouldn’t stay at that spot on the resort if we go back.

We recently went for Christmas at the Princess and it was a really fun experience! I have never been but it felt extremely luxurious and the pricing wasn't that bad. The event was interactive and wide, including most of the hotel spacing. The lights were all very pretty and the attractions were also super fun to take part in. We even ice skated and had plenty of space to learn how and have a good time. There were many fireplaces and places to keep warm while it was very cold that night. There were also romantic dining areas and a place for kids to ride rides.

Amazing experience from when we arrived to when we departed. Staff go above and beyond. Jade at the pool bar was fantastic and brought the best cocktails. The room was comfortable and the bed was one of the best I have slept on. We had dinner at Toros which was excellent and easy to get to on the shuttle. The Fairmont is a definite when visiting Scottsdale.

Start with the good, the property is huge and well maintained. Only ate at Hacienda and bar restaurant and both were very good. Room, while spacious, seemed quite dated and was not nearly what I would expect from a 5-star resort. Service was also not great, had to call front desk twice to get room cleaned, we had significant wait to be seated at Hacienda even with reservation (not ideal with a small child). It was a fine experience, but for the price and "5-star" rating I expected much better.

Had a very enjoyable stay here during Christmas at the Princess. We were able to bring our dog and he had a great time - the property is very dog friendly. He received a dog bed and bowls for our stay. Rooms were nice and the decorations were well done. Self park was reasonably priced and located very close to our room. Definitely recommend if looking to splurge a little.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was the first week of November and they were putting out all the Christmas decor that was really nicely done. The staff was friendly and attentive. Self parking was a reasonable price and convenience. The rooms were spacious. The beds were OK. The water pressure in the shower was disappointing and it didn't really get hot. It was a very nice property.
