Been going with the kids for last 5 years and always have a good time. Nice facility and courteous staff.
I love that they have a play area with sand. So if your kids dont want to swim, they still can be there and have something to do!
Very enjoyable stayed all day n soaked up the sun with daughter and good friend.
They moved our stuff without saying a thing with that being said a bag with all out stuff, phones wallets and journals all got soaked. Not very polite when we asked for a bag either and then wouldn’t give us one.
We always have a good time when we go. They are always busy! The only reason I'm giving it a 3 is because when we were there in June, we had all paid to get in, our son was having breathing issues so I was taking him home (two blocks away) and was going to come back when he was better. They told me that I have to pay again to get back in. I didn't feel that was right.
The facility is very nice. I can say, many of the lifeguards do not know pool policies and rules when asked. They have a nice snackbar, prices are a little high, but nice none the less. They take debit cards which is nice so you do not have to carry cash. Overall, a very nice place.
Enjoy the pool, no complaints there. My issue is with the fact that you can only use the current years pool tokens. We had a couple left over from last year that we were unable to use, and they wouldn't let us use them this year. Why? What's the big deal, they are still perfectly good tokens!
