Fairfield Inn Philadelphia West Chester/Exton - Hotel in Exton - 5 N Pottstown Pike, USA

Recently renovated but older property. Clean and comfortable. New HVAC unit in our room. ||Front desk and housekeeping staff very helpful. The first room we were assigned had an odor similar to smoking. We asked to be moved and the housekeeping manager personally checked the second room before giving us the key. Front desk clerk recommended a local restaurant (Ron's) and it was a great choice. ||Great value property!

We had the BEST experience staying here! We booked a night just so our son could swim in their salt water pool. Staff went above and beyond to greet us, accommodate us and assist with memory making for our son. The GM was absolutely the best GM we have ever met @ any hotel and he went absolutely above and beyond. Our one night stay turned into a two night stay and we now will always stay at this hotel when we are in the Exton area. 🥰

Lovely long-term stay. It was the second time we stayed at this hotel as we have family living in the area. Rooms are modern and well suited for families. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Overall we were happy with our stay and would stay here again.

I really hate giving negative reviews, but the state of the room my son and husband were checked into in this hotel was just disgusting. They didn’t tell me how bad it was until they returned home and shared some pictures. Had I known when they were there, I would have checked them in to another hotel. It was just filthy, hair in the sink, a dirty bathroom and room, and the worst part was that there was a pair of random underwear on the floor when they checked in and walked into the room, and someone from the front desk who came to assist with the TV was kind enough to dispose of them. I was told I would hear from a manager about the state of the room, but they never called. I am a loyal Marriott/Bonvoy member, but this is on the list of places that I would never ever recommend.

Hotel on the older side, but the staff is what sets this hotel apart. I left an item behind without realizing it, and to my surprise, it was on my door step four days later. The hotel packaged it up and sent it back before I even realized it was missing. I will be returning! Highly recommend this property.

Positive: The employees were so nice. Negative: The pool definitely is not balanced correctly-I would know I have a pool...my kids wouldn't even stay in the pool with their eyes burning and their skin all itchy could be why there's so much corrosion in & around the pool.

Positive: Friendly staff, good breakfast. Negative: Shower curtain has black mold, shower is very narrow due to shampoo bottles installation on the side of tub. If you don't need to take shower, or the hotel moves the bottle to the end of the tub and clean the shower thoroughly, this is a good hotel. Negative: ""

Positive: The breakfast is always delicious! The staff is curious always smiling and will do their best to make sure your visit is going great. Negative: Every thing was great.
