Fairfield Inn Fort Leonard Wood St. Robert - Featured Reviews (432)
**DO NOT STAY HERE** I recently stayed at Fairfield Inn Fort Leonard Wood and had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hotel. The customer service was abysmal—management were unprofessional, rude, and seemed completely uninterested in helping guests. I was met with attitude and indifference. The room I was given smelled moldy and damp, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. It was clear that cleanliness and maintenance are not priorities at this hotel. The breakfast was equally disappointing—cold, bland, and completely unappetizing. It was evident that little effort went into providing a decent meal for guests. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at Fairfield Inn Fort Leonard Wood. The poor customer service, unprofessional staff, and unacceptable room conditions made this an experience I would not wish on anyone. Save your money and stay elsewhere.
I’ve stayed here the last three years on the way to Oklahoma. It’s seems every year this hotel is cleaner and more updated than the last. Always had great customer service as well as a good breakfast selection. 👍👍
Room was very musty smelling. Window was completely covered in condensation every morning and the little AC unit really couldn't keep up with the very humid 93⁰ days. Lobby was pretty nice and staff was pleasant. Just not the best room.
Great staff. Great Location. Lots of restaurants nearby. We have stayed here several days in June and a week here the past week in August for FLW graduation. We had a small issue but the mgt staff was quick to find a solution. We were in rooms 326 and 327
Paid $540 for two nights. You can hear every noise from the rooms above and on the side of you. So I was woke up at 5am both mornings. Housekeeping never came by to make beds or leave clean towels or see if more coffee was needed. Which we didn’t use the coffee pot it’s had mold growing in it. The tv didn’t work. We kept getting a screen that said that the hotels contract had expired and not been renewed so we couldn’t watch the local news. There was one mirror in the room and that was over the sink and the lighting was so dim I wasn’t able to see to put on make up. No safe to lock valuables in. So we had to take all our electronics with us. Which housekeeping never came in the room so I guess it didn’t matter. The whole experience was disappointing and subpar. It’s unbelievable that they could charge 250 a night for this place. There were no other rooms available at the other hotels. They definitely take Advantage of the fact your lodging options are limited. I would not recommend this place and would never stay here again
This hotel was very good. The room was spotless clean and the staff was very professional. They have a small physical fitness room and a pool. The breakfast was a great way to start your day. This is a great hotel up stay in. Best of all it's very close up Ft Leonard Wood.
We stayed here during family day and graduation at Ft Leonard. It was easy getting to and from base. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and they have a breakfast in the morning to get your day started. Would stay again if I were in the area.
Nice room, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast could be better but we had a lovely stay. There were restaurants and a Walmart minutes away. Very nice staff as well.

First time at a CrossFit gym. Was an awesome experience. Austin and Jessie were gracious enough to let a friend an I use the spaces for few days while we were in town. Highly recommend you check them out. Great workouts. Thanks Jessie and Austin.
Great environment! Lovely lovely people. They are so helpful and let you know exactly what they recommend you should get or need. I love spray tanning there and itâs amazing! Highly recommend:)

Two piece thigh and leg with green beans, biscuit, and unsweet tea. Fantastic! The chicken came out smoking hot and was crispy and juicy. Green beans were so flavorful. I wish I would've gotten more of them. The biscuit was warm and tasted great with
