Fairfield Inn by Marriott Fort Walton Beach Hurlburt Area - Hotel in Fort Walton Beach - 522 Mary Esther Cut Off NW, USA

My first time staying here for work, usually I stay at a Hilton brand hotel but this one was a good price for the area. The lady at the front desk (Andrea) was very kind and nice. The beach (Boardwalk) was about 10 minute drive from the hotel. My room was clean. Ms. Andrea explained that some furniture was missing in some rooms because they had taken over the hotel from another hotel brand. I didn’t mind it. I liked the room with all the space. The only reason for the 4 star was because my bed was very firm and I like a softer bed for my back.They have a pool in the back outside. I went to look at it. I believe it goes up to 5’1. The water looked clean in the pool so that’s always a plus. I will definitely stay here again for work.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. Our room was also very clean and very comfortable. The free breakfast was good. The staff was extremely friendly. The location was decent and was only about 15 minutes from the beach. I would definitely recommend friends and family to stay here and if I ever vacation in the area again would come back to stay here as well.

The service made this hotel amazing 🥳Leona went above and beyond. She was there when I called around 10am and when I checked in after 7pm. We needed an extra lamp and sheets and she brought them to us herself. She was kind and not annoyed with our party of 4. Check in was easy with her too. I think she should get a raise for doing so much with a smile. The room was clean and the carpet looked new. The bed was comfortable too. The location is easy for the beach at Okaloosa and other beaches. I would stay there again 😎

Pros- The hotel is close to restaurants and shops, but not on the main beach hwy. It's new and looks very nice. Our room was spacious and clean. The receptionist who worked the night shift was very polite. The breakfast room area is nice. Cons- The pillows are too bulky and can bother some people's necks. Breakfast was good, but the eggs were probably made out of a powder mix and they didn't have a flavor at all.

The hotel staff in the evening was extremely nice and accommodating. I wish I had their names but exceptional service. There was an issue with the washer and I used the detergent I purchased but it malfunctioned. Instead of making it my problem, they washed my laundry for me using the machine reserved for the hotel staff. Anything I needed they were there to help. Room was clean and comfortable.

Last minute trip to Destin beach. This was a really great location. The room was perfect, beds were so comfortable, so clean, hot water in the shower for ages. And loved the fact that we had breakfast ready for us first thing in the morning. It didn't hurt that it was right next door to a dunkin' donuts either ☺️

I recently stayed in Indiana and it was great! The staff, the clean rooms etc. etc.. I can't say how nice this was after staying at the worst roach coach hotel I had ever stayed in my life, the first night we stayed at the Quality in in Muncie and I would never ever do that again!.. If you want a wonderful hotel to stay, I highly recommend the Fairfield Marriott!

Andrea was extremly polite and helpful. This hotel had one of the cleanest bathrooms. The shower actually drains while your bathing unluck other locations were you have to stand in dirty water.
