Haley working at the front desk is the only reason I'm going to give this hotel a five star. We stayed one night. Breakfast the next morning had plenty of options. Fitness room was unique and interesting; there are privacy windows similar to bathroom windows in homes which prevent you from seeing inside the fitness room when passing by while walking in the hallway. There is NO indoor or outdoor pool. I think I saw a pool at the Comfort inn or suites next door. The location is right off of the interstate which is very nice. Room 124 had issues. Water pressure goes weak and gets stronger in the bathroom sink as well as the shower. The thermostat shows this WAIT message and sometimes you may need to wait for a long time for the temperature to change or the thermostat to turn on. Mattresses are placed on wood platform. Mattress seems smaller than the wood platform. Be careful not to bump your leg or your children not to play around and bump their heads on the wood platform that the bed mattress sits on.
I stay in hotels often for work and never thought I’d actually have to leave a hotel. When I arrived there was a massive cockroach in the bathroom that ran across my foot when I was brushing my teeth. Mind you I got there at 11pm and that was my welcome. I then walked into the bedroom area and looked down at the bed and there were black bugs on the bed moving around. I have never been this disappointed and felt so uneasy and disgusted.
When I went down to the lobby the front desk was apologetic but gave me the room next door. Needless to say I felt very uncomfortable and then to give me the room next door? I have zero confidence these rooms are cleaned appropriately.
Absolutely terrible.
Room looked clean at first glance. Linens were white with no stains, beds were a little too firm for my liking, but great water pressure in shower and sink. The second night that I stayed I found someone’s nail clipping on the sink which grossed me out. Also the ac unit seems to have mold in it which is definitely a health hazard. Rooms need a more deeper clean.
Positive: The staff we dealt with were very nice. the early morning (6am) desk man saw that a group of us were tryin to get on the road early because of a pending storm and opened the breakfast early. We really appreciated this and he was very personable Negative: It is a busy hotel that is getting a little tired in places, ie. cupboard door falling off hinge, porcelain in sink was cracked from something dropped in it and some of the grout in tub needed a shot of Javex. Room was clean overall Negative: ""
Positive: The bathroom was clean and it was an easy stop along 95. Negative: The floor in our room was soaking wet from a broken air conditioner. The hotel was sold out and had nowhere to move us to, and they didn?t seem concerned at all or even remorseful.
Positive: Location was very good for trip North. Negative: Room 209's shower hot water never got hot. Ran for 10 mins; still ice cold. Sink water did get hot. In January we stayed in the same hotel & the shower got warm after 5 mins. Staff offered to switch rooms, I was in the buff so I took a freezing shower. Negative: ""
My family stopped at the Fairfield Inn in Wilson NC. It is a wonderful place to stay. Rachel was just Fantastic. She always had a smile and very helpful. It's been a long hard week for my family and we needed a place for the night to recoup before hitting the road once again. It may not be a five star hotel but we were treated like it was if not better. The breakfast was super, from the gluten free oatmeal to make your own waffles with fruit was like nothing I ever had. It is an oasis off the highway. We recommend this oasis off the highway.

Everything in the room was modern and nice. They had free streaming apps and a decent breakfast. Bathrooms were nice. Unfortunately, the bed was pretty worn out and not comfortable.
Super Nice staff and great location right off I-95 but far enough from the highway so you don't hear the traffic. The breakfast was really good in a beautiful dining room with large screen televisions. The room was very clean and comfortable. Everyth

Aldi is a great option for affordable groceries and they have lots of extra items as well. I almost always purchase at least one nonfood item. This particular location is one of the smaller stores. There was a lot missing from the fresh produce de
