Fairfield Inn & Suites West Monroe - Featured Reviews (322)
I usually stay at Fairfield Inn's and this was a very good one. I checked in after 11pm last night and the front desk clerk was still helpful and courteous. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. This morning the front desk clerk was even nicer and very friendly. Great complimentary breakfast and I would have been happy to stay there a few extra days if need be. The next time I travel to West Monroe for business, I won't have to waste time looking for a hotel.
Honestly this is such a nice and clean hotel! The rooms were large and handicapped accessible and very accommodating to families with young kids. Breakfast was great with a lot of options to choose from! Definitely will stay here again when we are back in the area! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I appreciate how well-managed this hotel is. The receptionist worked quickly to get me checked in to the best room possible. I met several hotel staff members as I was bringing my luggage in, and they always smiled and engaged in polite conversation about my stay. My room was clean, cool, and adequately stocked with amenities. Although the view was of a vacant lot under construction, the suite was so calm and spacious that I did not mind. Upon check-out, I met new staff who were as kind and welcoming as the previous day's. I felt safe at this hotel and my car was safe in the lot. The guests were very nice and the breakfast was great, too. Good, hot coffee that was continually checked and refilled.
Positive: New hotel so nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Just stayed there in route to somewhere else so easy exit off the interstate. Negative: ""
I was so concerned at first with so many hotels in this area having such bad reviews. but Austin Was superb very Friendly. Check in was easy, room clean floors an bathroom clean. Other staff friendly, Breakfast was really good. Eggs Waffles & much more.Something for everyone. I will be back.
The hotel felt like a newer property. We loved the large shower. The breakfast was good. It was priced very fair. I would definitely stay there again when I’m in the area.
We stayed at this hotel 5 years ago and it was excellent and brand new. This time it was disappointing. Front desk clerk was super friendly at check in. We got to the room and it smelled stale, musty and it was very humid. The AC had this constant battle with cold air and then blowing humid air. It was weird! There were several things in the room that needed attention. See pics. Called the front desk about tattered ice bucket missing lid and guy said he would check to see if they had one and call back. He never called. The breakfast and coffee were terrible. One of the elevators was out of order. The trash cans outside the front door were overflowing in both cans. The water was brown. The area surrounding the hotel seems ok but as you venture out you see that West Monroe is just run down. Terrible roads, dirty restaurants, unfriendly staff members, etc. We will not stay in this area again.
At first glance, the hotel seems nice enough. Upon check-in, an up close view portrays a mediocre property, at best.|Cracked floor tiles everywhere, rust, stains, drawers that won't stay closed, and the pool water looks|"milky"?|A close inspection of the bedding revealed that the bed skirts had not been laundered in who knows how long, as they were covered in hair.|The digital room key was not an option and we were not recognized as Elite Marriott rewards members.|The online photos don't quite match real life.|The sheets looked clean and there was no visible dust.|The bathroom was pretty clean except for rust and stains in the tub and smudges on the faucet and mirror.|The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
We had called to let them know that we would be a late arrival. As we enter the lobby we were greeted with a beautiful smiling face named Charlisa. " I'm so happy you made it! If there's anything I can do for you, just let me know!" Our room was spot
Very clean, very friendly servers, a great atmosphere, and the awesome smell of fresh cooked country food as soon as you open the door. Am here from Texas for work and this is the best lunch place that I've been to this week. Just a really awesome li
We travel across the country quite a bit and this is one of our favorite places to eat. We always stop when we are passing through Monroe. It is locally owned and sometimes there is a bit of a language barrier but the staff is always friendly and the
