This was such a wonderful stay. Super conveinent 15 min. drive to the base of Zion. The pool was great right along with the hot tub. The fun mushrooms are really the cherry on top for the kiddos. We were given great hiking advice by Eric. The front desk people are always a good go to for local adventures. Room was comfortable and relaxing. No bad views from any point in this hotel. I really have to highlight the gym. I'm a gym rat and they had everything I needed.
If you’re looking to spend the night, I’d highly recommend this hotel. It’s not to far away from Zion or the nearby city. The property is large and well maintained. Areas like the lobby and pool are large and welcoming. The receptionist was lovely and helping to our needs. The rooms are large and comfortable. It has the basics such as a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Everything around the property including the room was super clean. Breakfast included staples such as eggs, sausages and waffles which were delicious. The pool is large (divided into two pools) with plenty of seating. Overall, the price was well worth the amenities and quality of the hotel.
Great hotel - 15 minutes from Zion National Park. Wonderful place to stay without the Springdale, UT prices! Clean, all employees were very nice and helpful. Pools were a perfect size. Place to sit outside and enjoy the weather. We sat outside and looked at the stars. Free tasty breakfast as well. This hotel was so much better than when we stayed in Springdale. No parking charge as well. Plus Balcony One, a fantastic restaurant is 5 minutes away!
Stayed at the property while visiting the Zion National Park. This property had a lot of attributes that make it a great property. With 200-Rooms, the facilities are not over run. The hotel has a far superior pool complex more in line with a resort as opposed to a traditional Fairfield Inn. The fitness center is on the larger side which was nice for early morning stretching before a day of hiking. All of the rooms have king beds the question is whether it’s one or two. The breakfast area fills up quickly at 6 am with many guest eating before heading into the park. The room was very clean and I would easily stay with this property again.
Location was perfect for going to Zion. Beautiful views from our room. Breakfast was delicious. The gym had everything I needed. Slept like an uncle on thanksgiving day on those beds! Can't recommend this hotel more.
Nice new, clean hotel. Expect LOTS OF FAMILIES WITH YOUNG KIDS. I have traveled for decades but this place was loaded with little kids-and none were in the kid pool! They were in the hot tub and main pool. I get the main pool with parents, but not the hot tub (with and without diapers) which should be 12yrs and up. Gross. Never have I experienced toddlers in a hotel hot tub. |Lounge chairs were buckled, sagging and ripped in the seats from hefty guests. I reported this to the man at the front desk at checkout who could care less. Kind or reassuring words to at least remove the broken lounge chairs would have been the correct response.| I do NOT recommend this place for a couple.
Our room (which we were already in) was given to another group, after which our room keys stopped working. When we tried to explain the situation to the front desk staff, they treated us like we had made some kind of mistake and wouldn't give me back my ID when prompted. The discussion about our room went on for over 30 minutes, during which they tried to make us switch rooms (it was well after 11pm and I had wanted to be long asleep by that time to enjoy Zion National Park the next day). The night shift never apologized and wasted a lot of my time. They could've simply apologized, re-activated my room key and that would've solved the problem. Instead they made it an excruciating ordeal for me. During the night another guest was given my sisters room and entered it while she was sleeping. Luckily he quickly left quickly after noticing the staffs mistake. God knows what could've happened if some less stable individual had gotten her room key. As you can see, grave mistakes have been made by the hotel management in choosing their employees. Even though the rooms, food and location where good, I can't give a higher score. I will not be revisiting this establishment again and can only hope you won't do the same. Cheers.
Nice overnight stay here to visit Zion national Park about 13 mi away, 35 min drive with traffic during Saturday Memorial Day weekend. Place is like new. Staff very helpful with questions about park & area activities. Bed was comfortable and the usual breakfast fare was average but good. Very picturesque around hotel site. Only downside was noisy air conditioning but turned it off through the night & was fine. Nights cool.
