Fairfield Inn & Suites Venice - Hotel in Venice - 2935 Executive Dr, USA

We booked a Stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott…when we arrived the hotel was nice the first thing I noticed as i walked in how nice the place looked I then was greeted by a young lady learn her name were (Cindy Grimmer) I walked over to her as she were greeted me coming through the doors her energy was amazing we began speaking with each other I ask questions about my stay and what do they provide as far as lay over she began running it down if you need anything as far as extra towels blankets toilet paper ect. We have that we also have breakfast in the morning but the best part about this amazing young lady was she smiled and we’re very happy and on point..

The staff was the biggest take away from my stay. All staff members were friendly, genuine and eager to accommodate any requests. Made us feel very welcomed. A big thank you to Cindy Grimm, June, Donna and Hunter. Excellent customer service!

We stayed here for one night. The rooms were very average, a little small but nice they had USB adaptor charger in rooms. The rooms, facility and pool area we kept very clean. Cleanliness definitely a plus and the pool area was well maintained and relaxing. I honestly would have given this place a 3-4 stars but the pool, cleanliness and especially the staff really enhanced the experience and ALL the staff we encountered provided exceptional customer service. Everyone was always pleasant, greeted you with a smile, willing to answer all questions and were extremely accommodating. Thank you to the staff for improving our stay from everyone to front desk, to maintenance and environmental, y’all make everyone feel welcome. Oh also, late check out allowed with out an additional fee… just another positive for a great stay!

Came in town on business and chose to stay at the Fairfield, the rooms were spacious and nicely updated. The pool was well kept, the gym clean and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful. Breakfast was basic but acceptable for the price point of the hotel.

Easy to check-in. Room was typical hotel. Room was not cleaned my entire stay. New towels were provided last night of stay (used towels were not removed.) Quite room, quiet stay, which any more is a rarity. Sick and tired of the lack of room cleaning. Back in the day, whether you stayed at a five star hotel or one star motel, daily room cleaning was provided. Thus, I will not give a rating more than 4 stars. Breakfast was provided at 6:30 am and overall was good. Appreciate the hot items as well as the grab and go items. Overall a good stay, giving a generous 4 stars.

We stay here when we visit family in Venice. The rooms are clean, the location is convenient and close to everything, and the people who work there are super nice. Patrick, at the front desk in the mornings, was especially kind and helpful. I always appreciate service over everything else. Thanks Patrick!

I gave one star because of the friendly staff but other than that this was my first and last time here. Housekeeping is every other day and they did not do a good job. Couldn't even replenish the towels. No hot water in the shower no cold water in the sink. When I booked the room it was advertised as having a hot tub and it showed a hot tub on google maps but no hot tub. The free breakfast was not even worth free Definitely not up to par with the competitors.
